The Writing Characteristics of the 1900-to-2000s Modern Feminism Poems in Taiwan LIN, Yu-Hung Abstract This article was mainly discussed with the writing characteristics of feminism poems according to the diverse aspects of 1900s-to-2000s modern poems in Taiwan. By way of quoting and analyzing from first-hand texts and the interacting phenomenon of social culture, the language expressions and styles of connotation in Taiwan contemporary feminism poems were studied. After all, four viewpoints were proposed including surmounting the obstacles to language, molding independent personalities, liberating physiological misconceptions, and pursuing the freedom of sex and love. Besides, this article also attempted to evaluate the achievement of 1990s-to-2000s Taiwan feminism poems and the prospective expecting developments.
