(Keywords: holistic teaching quality, vocational education, standard curriculum) The project(2010) was a part of long-term policy-program, sponsored by the Ministry of Education(ME), executed by Cardinal Tien College of Healthcare and Management(CTCHM). According to the 2006 provisional curriculum outline issued by ME and the national education policy, CTCHM developed the school-based standard curriculum by the execution of the project, it also focused on increasing the potential about practice and innovation between teachers and students. By the above measures, CTCHM hope to promote the holistic teaching quality. From 2006 to 2010, by annual application, CTCHM has gotten 5 years subvention. The project was divided into three subprojects, every subproject has two microstresses. The first micro-stress was concerned about the development of the department standard curriculum and how to elevate the academia. The second one was concerned about the vocational education how to increase the teachers and students practical potential, its main focus is on the students certificate. The last one was concerned about the activities how to cultivate the teachers and students innovative power. 3

The project s outcomes are classified following by three type: 1.The standard curriculum: all the departments of CTCHM have established its own standard curriculum, and also construct the necessary apparatus. 2.The practical potential: all of the departments teachers and students joined the subproject, getting the licenses and experience from the practice. 3.Innovative-fostering activity: holded one nation-wide contest, and two campus contests, executed one learning project out of the campus,. 8
