Shh 2 關鍵字 : The transfor maton of CSC Envronmental K nowledge was affrmed through a knowledge spral theory. Through the transformaton between Tact Knowledge and Explct Knowledge, the envronmental knowledge went through a contnuous cycle of four ntegrated processes: Socalzaton, Externalzaton, Combnaton and Internalzaton. Wth these four envronmental knowledge converson mechansms, the envronmental knowledge s transferred from generaton to generaton and thus, become the precous asset of the company. Wth the process of Envronmental Knowledge Crculaton Actvty n CSC, the Envronmental Knowledge s nternalzed as the corporate culture and sprt of the enterprse. The envronmental knowledge management accumulates enormous envronmental knowledge nformaton thereby, provdng an effcent envronmental knowledge database. The database facltates the search for envronmental knowledge nformaton, the soluton of envronmental problems, and an mproved envronmental management.
