2 International Training - Introduction 培训导言 The Shanghai Qigong Institute has been recognized for thirty years in China and is now releasing a Qigong International training program starting January 2013 with Les Temps du Corps French Chinese Cultural School over 20 year s history. Its unique training team is composed with medical Qigong Doctors, Qigong pedagogy experts, and Intercultural Education specialized Anthropologists. Qigong Introduction 气功简介 Qi Gong takes part of the Chinese YangSheng Culture. This philosophy of "feed the life" includes a set of Traditional Chinese Medecine practices focusing on the human's energetic capital and it's care taking. Qigong, or «exercise of the Qi» aims at harmonizing the breath, movement and focusing ability together. Influenced by the three Chinese wisdoms - Taoism, Bouddhism, Confucianism - the YangSheng Culture and Qigong's core purpose is to develop the sensorial abilities of the human body through its harmonious adaptation to its environment. 气功是中国养生文化的重要组成部分, 具有极强的实践性内容涉及传统哲学中医学养生学功法学认知学等多学科内容气功, 即调控气机的技术内容包括身心灵的调整与锻炼, 其目的是为了达到形气神三者之间的和谐与完美深受中国传统儒释道三家智慧的影响, 当代养生气功已经逐渐发展成为个体感悟生命适应自然环境构建和谐世界的一种文化与方法 Le Qi Gong fait partie de la culture chinoise du YangSheng, traduit par «Nourrir la vie».celle-ci regroupe un ensemble de pratiques basées sur la médecine traditionnelle et de la philosophie chinoise centrée sur le soin et le capital énergétique de l'être humain. Le Qigong, ou «travail du souffle», représente un ensemble d'exercices pour unifier le souffle, l'esprit et le mouvement corporel. It combines muscular contraction and release, enables a good blood and energy circulation, while massaging the internal organs. 八段锦是中国传统养生功法之一, 流传广泛其主要作用是行气活血舒筋通络现代研究认为, 该功法的功效在于结合全身肌肉的松弛和收缩, 来促进气血循环, 同时达到按摩脏腑的作用 Conçu pour améliorer la santé, ce Qi gong dynamique, est le plus répandu en Chine. Il allie contraction et relâchement musculaire, favorise la bonne circulation du sang et de l énergie tout en massant les organes internes. 1 1 Liu Zi Jue - «Qi Gong of Six Sounds» 六字诀 Liu Zi Jue, also called Liu Zi Qi Jue, is a method for body building and health preservation. As Qi in various organs moves and regulates, the rising, descending, coming in and going out of Qi Movement between different organs form the harmonious unity of opposites in the body, thus to ensure continuous substance intaking from nature and maintain metabolism and dynamic balance of energy conversion through transformation, purification and excretion, and to accomplish metabolism of the whole body and promote normal life activities. This series of exercises interpret the basic TCM theories and methods of Health Qigong - Liu Zi Jue and theirs body building effects by means of leading Qi by sound with coordination of body to regulate the organs. 六字诀, 又称六字气诀, 是以呼吸吐纳为主要手段的健身养生方法由于人体各脏腑之气的运动调畅, 各脏腑之间的气机升降出入处于一个协调的对立统一体中, 从而保证了人体不断地从自然界中摄取生命活动的所需物质, 并通过气化作用, 升清降浊, 摄取精微, 排泄废物, 维持物质代谢和能量转换的动态平衡, 共同完成整个机体的新陈代谢, 促进了生命活动的正常进行该功法通过声音引气, 配合导引形体来调节脏腑气机 Les 6 sons sont reliés aux 5 organes: foie, cœur, rate, poumons, reins et le triple réchauffeur. Chaque son travaille spécifiquement un système. C est un travail interne, profond. L intention joue un rôle particulièrement important: L intention conduit le son à agir sur les organes.

4 24 hours 24 小时 Jing Gong or «static practice» 静功 Jing Gong is a practice of Qi Gong static outside, but moving inside. It allows you to search deep inside ourselves, to understand the "Qi" through his body, his breathing and his conscience. Jing Gong is also an exercise on the way to peace. This work uses visualization and breathing techniques specific to Buddhism, Taoism and Chinese Medicine. 静功是指通过对自己的身体呼吸意念的调整来真正的领悟气机的运行, 常用方法有 : 儒家的静坐道家的冥想与佛家的禅观等等 Le Jing Gong est une pratique de Qi Gong statique à l'extérieur, mobile à l'intérieur. Il permet une recherche profonde à l'intérieur de soi, pour comprendre le «Qi» à travers son corps, sa respiration et sa conscience. Le Jing Gong est également un exercice sur la voie du calme. Ce travail statique utilise des techniques de visualisation et de respiration spécifique au Bouddhisme, Taoïsme et Médecine Chinoise pour connaître son corps et son cœur, améliorer sa santé et élever son niveau de conscience.
