Note to Participant 參加者須知 1. The programmes are intended for the exclusive enjoyment of Resident(s) of BelAir. Enrollment will be accepted on a firstcomefirstserved basis. The Management reserves the sole rights of discretion on any disputes. 所有活動及僅供貝沙灣住戶參與, 以先到先得形式報名 如有任何爭議, 會所保留最終決定權 2. Only Cheque payment made payables to Island South Property Management Limited are accepted. 所有費用只接受以支票方式繳付, 支票抬頭請填寫 南盈 物業管理有限公司 3. All fees in full must be paid by cheque in advance upon submission of enrollment form. No cancellation or refund will be arranged after submission of enrolment forms. 所有費用須於活動或開課前以支票繳付 報名表一經提交, 不能取消名額, 所有繳付之費用, 恕不退還 4. The reserves the right to cancel the programme due to lack of participants or inclement weather conditions or other uncontrollable situations*. The refund will be arranged six to eight weeks upon the month of last lesson of summer programme. 如報名不足或天氣情況惡劣或其他不可控制的情況 *, 會所有權取消活動及 有關退款將於該活動及最後一堂之月份完結後起計 6 至 8 個星期以支票形式發放 * No makeup programme/ activity will be arranged when cancellation is caused by the above situations. 因上述情況影響而取消的活動或, 恕不另行補課 5. The reserves the right to amend the programme regarding time, venue and contents offered whenever necessary. 會所保留更改活動或的時間 及有關內 容之權利 6. No one is allowed to attend the enrolled other than the participant himself/ herself. 所有活動及只准參加者本人出席, 不可由他人替代 7. No makeup class or refund will be arranged for unattended programme. All sick leave and personal leave application will not be accepted. 會所不會安排補課或退還活 動及之費用予缺席者, 亦不接受病假及事假申請 8. Participants should observe the s Rules and Regulations, and uphold programme discipline. If a participant misbehaves or violates the s Rules and Regulations or the law of Hong Kong. The reserve the right to terminate the participation of the participant without any refund.
