Skill Teaching Objective: The course emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, consolidates and deepens students understanding class teaching contents, and expands students clinical thinking, and develops students rigorous and flexible clinical service abilities and the abilities analyzing and solving problems, in order to lay a good foundation for them to become qualified doctors in the future. Professional Accomplishment Teaching Objective: According to the particularity of obstetric and gynecological patients, the course, in lectures and clinic probation teaching, develops students basic professional ethics and accomplishment including respecting the rights of patents and protecting the privacy of patients, and the spirit of dedicating to medical work and serving the patients whole-heartedly; the course also develops students related communication skills and improves students abilities of independent thinking and teamwork. 2

妇产科学教学大纲 ( 供 8 年制专业使用 ) 前 言 妇产科是一门关于妇女保健和女性生殖系统疾病的临床学科 主要研究妇女在妊娠 分娩和产褥期的生理和病理及胎儿生理和病理, 女性生殖系统疾病的诊断和防治 学生通过学习要求掌握妇产科学的基础理论 基本技能和基本知识, 为保证妇女儿童健康服务以及医学科学研究打下基础 妇产科学教学过程包括课堂讲授及临床见习两大部分 课堂讲授通过各种教学手段阐明妇产科基础理论知识及各种疾病的病因 发病机理及临床诊断 治疗 适当介绍国外新成就, 反映现代科学水平并说明某些课题研究方向, 使学生逐步熟悉社会 - 心理 - 生物的医学模式 通过临床见习加强理论联系实际, 结合临床病例 模型 录像 示教 PBL 等方法达到巩固和加深学生对课堂教学内容的理解并拓展学生的临床思维, 为将来的临床实习打下良好的基础 在整个教学过程中采用启发式教学方法, 充分发挥同学主动性和创造性, 培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力 对于医学八年制学生为实现英文教学的要求, 教学及考试中英文内容所占比例应不低于 30% The obstetrics and gynecology is a clinical subject about women s health care and female reproductive system diseases. The course mainly researches the physiology and pathology of pregnancy, delivery and puerperium, and the diagnosis, prevention and cure of female reproductive system disease. Learning the course, students are required to gain the basic theories, skills and knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology, thus laying a foundation for health care service of women and children 5

and medical science research. The teaching process of obstetrics and gynecology includes two parts: the lecture and the clinical probation. The lecture expounds the basic theoretical knowledge of gynecology and obstetrics and the causes, pathogenic mechanism and clinical diagnosis & treatment of various obstetrical and gynecological diseases. The course introduces the latest achievements abroad, reflects modern science level and explains some subject research directions to make students get familiar with the society-psychology-biology medical model gradually. The course enhances the integration of theory and practice through clinical probation, and uses clinical cases, models, videos, demonstrative teaching, PBL and other methods to consolidate and deepen students understanding on lectures and expand students clinical thinking, in order to lay a good foundation for the clinical practice in the future. In the whole teaching process, the course adopts the heuristic teaching method, bring students initiative and creativity into full play and develop students abilities to analyze and solve problems. To meet the requirements of English teaching of medical students, the English content in teaching and exams should be no lower than 30%. 6
