11 The Difficult Exploration of the Relationship between Socialist Public Ownership and Market Economy-The Main Line of China s 60 years Economic Development: Taking The Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as a dividing line China s economy has witnessed quite a distinct 30-years before and after that. Despite of the great differences this paper maintains that the exploration of the relationship between socialist public ownership and market economy runs through the whole process as a mainline. Although the socialist public ownership been established China has suffered a few setbacks in market economy during the first 30 years. The following 30 years is quite a success for China s exploration of the combination between socialist public ownership and market economy. However this exploration is not finalized the road a- head is still long. (YUAN En-zhen) An Important Segment of Marxist Cultural Outlook Development in China- the Study of Jiang Zenmin s Exposition on Culture: From the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party to the Sixteenth Party Congress Comrade Jiang Zemin made a series of expositions on culture which represent his fundamental viewpoint and perspective on it. These expositions on the one hand follow inherit enrich and develop Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping s concept of culture; on the other hand they have provided precious ideology resources for the Marxist Cultural Outlook Development in the 21 st century serving as an important link of Marxism s Cultural Outlook Development in China. (ZHANG Jing-rong) On the Historical Connection between Mao Zedong s Development Exploration and Scientific Development Conception after the Founding of New China: After the founding of New China Mao Zedong and the First Generation of the Leading Collective of the CCP had initiated unswerving exploration to create a Chinese style socialism road. Both the construction achievements and theoretical contributions have witnessed the inheritance historical connection between the exploration and scientific development conception on the basis of which the scientific development as a historical process and a creature of the age emerges. (4)The ideas principles and policies forward which Deng Xiaoping put have greatly enriched his strategic thinking of diplomacy and become the important part of Deng Xiaoping theory.(ni Shi-xiong) The Probe to the Consumer s Unique Consumption Mode in China and the Research on Civil Consumption Demands: To expand the consumption demand is to fulfill the prospecting target of the development of Chinese society and economy. The proper combination of expanding consumption and optimization investment is the key to achieve the scientific development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the virtuous circle of the economic society as well the potential stimulation to the development. This paper considers that the Chinese consumption market is developing in the positive direction with the decline of the consumption demands as the inertial result however the move to long period lasting high-rate development still hasn t been ceased.
