6 No Academic Research Journal Main Abstracts Macao s Paradigm of Global Civilization History in an Interactional Development: on the Academic Possibility of Macao Studies Hao Yufan, Tang Kaijian, Zhu Shoutong and Lin Guangzhi 1 Just like a single -plank bridge for the western knowledge spread to the east and the eastern knowledge transmitted to the west in the last 500 years, Macao played a very important role in connecting China with the world and giving convenience for the western people came to China, being a place where various religions and cultures came together, conflicted and mixed together. The studies of Macao are endeavoring to re-recognize and even rewrite the history of modern China and that of the modern world, and should become a discipline comparable to and more practical than the Dunhuang Studies. As an independent discipline, the studies of Macao take the profound history and research of Macao as it self s foundation, in order to construct a knowledge system involved Macao s history and social reality as its core and being able to enrich the cognition of the world history, so as to reveal the academic paradigm of Macao in the developmental process of human civiliza - tion and provide a valuable reference for the development of human civilization and the peace of the world. Another Thinking on Marx s View of Justice Li Dianlai 11 Marx dealt with the issue of justice in different layers. The pure historical materialism regarded the justice as an attaching concept. But this is not the essence of justice for Marx. In the political philosophy connecting to the paradigm for changing the world and of revolution, the justice is a fundamental clue under Marx's view of research, included its research of political economy relying on economic facts. From this standpoint of justice, Marx criticized the justice of liberalism drastically, because he thought and argued that the latter just talked about the freedom, right and equity in a lower and special layer, but did not touch the private property system leading to alienation. A careless checking up the layers and contexts in which Marx dealt with the issue of justice is likely lead to not only one -sided observation on Marx s justice, but also to an examination of Marx s justice with an external justice. 7 On the Fuzziness of the Property Right of Agriculture Land: a Conceptual Frame and Explanation Luo Biliang 48 The paper reveals the extension of the concept of public domain and the fuzzy essence of property right, sums up the institutional evolution and inner logic of Chinese agricultural property right fuzziness, and analyzes the property right fuzziness of agricultural land and its being invaded. And then, it points out clearly the correct direction for reforming the system of Chinese agricultural land property right, which should be a certain scope of public profit, a seriously restricted right of land requisition, and a mechanism and system of reasonable compen - sations for land requisition and agricultural land protection. To settle down the problem of interior-people con - trol, we have to block the invasion of official hierarchy institution, so as to disintegrate the system of positional hierarchy right of property, improve the stableness of land property right, and restrain the corrupt problems e - merging in the process of re-adjusting land. A Comparison of Educational Contribution to the Economic Increase between PRC and USA Yao Yilong, Liu Jinhua and Xie Zhongqiu 73 Based on Feder s model (1982), this paper investigates how education promoted economic growth in China and US, and compares the spillover effects and total growth effects of education in these two countries. The results suggest that the total contribution of education to economic growth in China is larger than that in USA between 1995 and 2009; however, there is no significant spillover effect in China, which is caused by ineffi - ciency of educational system. Meanwhile, although there is inefficiency in educational section compared to other sections in economic system in both countries, the gap between educational section and other sections in china is spreading, and the efficiency of educational system in China is much lower than that in USA. At the end, we suggest some policies to improve the efficiency in our educational system.
