About 5000 biogas projects for intensive livestock farms to treat manure and waste water (50 1000 m 3 biogas per day) 3. Methane recovery from coal mines, landfill or waste water treatment plants 4. Industrialized biogas plants (over 5000 m 3 biogas per day)
5 Case study I 山东民和牧业 3MW 热电肥联产沼气工程 (2008) 鸡粪量 :500 t/d, TS 20%, 集中处理 23 个养鸡场的粪污 工程规模 :3,200 m 3 厌氧罐 8 座 沼气产量 :1,000 万 m 3 / 年 (30000m 3 / 天 ) 发电量 :2,000 万 kw h/ 年 (60000kW h/ 天 ) 年减排温室气体 :69,000 tco 2 当量 该项目与世界银行 CDM 交易成功, 已并网发电, 是国内最大的沼气发电工程, 也是首家获得批准 温室气体减排碳交易成功项目
6 Case study II 北京德青源健康养殖生态园 2MW 沼气发电工程 (2007) 鸡粪量 : 260 万只蛋鸡,212 t 鸡粪 /d,ts 30% 工程规模 :3,000 m 3 厌氧罐 4 座 沼气产量 :700 万 m 3 / 年 (20000m 3 / 天 ) 发电量 :1,400 万 kw h/ 年 (40000kW h/ 天 ) 年减排温室气体 :80,000 t CO 2 当量 为张山营镇新农村 500 户农民提供民用燃气, 为周边 40000 亩果园和饲料地提供优质有机 肥, 现该项目已并网发电
7 Case study III 广西武鸣安宁淀粉厂日产 1.2 万 m³ 生物燃气工程 (2011) 由武鸣安宁淀粉有限责任公司与中国农业大学生物质工程中心合作的沼气纯化制备生物甲烷产业化项目, 使用天然气行业专用的高压 CNG 槽车, 将安宁厂的生物甲烷运至新奥燃气公司在南宁市的车用天然气加气站 沼气产量 :20000m 3 提纯后生物甲烷产量 :12000 m 3
