4 A Study in Construction of Full Moral Education Model in University Abstract Moral is an old and a new topic. Universities as an upper terminal in the education system, faces more new requirements and new challenges in the dawn of the era of knowledge economy. How to adapt to new requirements of the times, how to build a new era of moral management of scientific and rational model of Moral Education is an issue with practicality and urgency. In the before process, the college moral education have achieved certain good results, and get a very rich moral resources. However, the richness of resources and moral effects did not show obvious direct proportion relations. Thus, how to integrate these resources, let it play and give full play in the field of college moral education, to push students to achieve the comprehensive and freely development,is an urgent problem wait us to solve. Based on this, Building full moral model in colleges and universities, put people-oriented and all member s participative concept in the management of moral education, let the majority of the college students and staff members take part in the most attractive cause,it is the reflect of moral education keeping with the times, and also it has a profound theoretical value and realistic value. There are three parts in the research: introduction, body text and concluding remarks. The introduction is mainly written from this study s background and significance, defined core concept, and give a brief overview of this study. The body text is divided into four parts. The first part, first of all, the college of the traditional model of moral defects, with the development of the times, to the people-centered college full moral model, and briefly describe its overall architecture. The second part from the basic Marxist theory, From the perspective of three different on the theoretical basis of this study: From the perspective of political science, described construction of the full moral model to the people-centered scientific concept of development; From a sociological point of view, expounded construction of moral model to full democracy, equality and social justice theory III

5 and the absolute pursuit of efficiency; From the theory of systems engineering, explained a pattern of structure determines the function, so provide theoretical support for this paper. Part III focuses on college full value of the reality of moral model. Construction of full moral model, It can promote the development of college students, promote the formation of a harmonious campus, and ultimately help colleges and universities formed the greatest moral force to achieve moral goals. Part IV is the focus of this paper. The concepts and mechanisms and programmes are three levels discussed in detail how to achieve full moral College Construction mode. Strengthen colleges and universities full moral awareness, Include a specific education-based education and convictions, and forms to make concerted efforts and foster the awareness and tolerance among the main, Construction of it is the basis of full moral model; College to establish full moral education mechanism, Including the establishment of specific positive incentive mechanism, establish a moral responsibility system, and establish a standardized evaluation system, Construction of it is full moral model of protection; Finally, from seven operation programmes to build the full moral model in detail:1 Put moral education into the teaching: teaching and educating people at the same time;2. Put moral education into the management: manage and educate people at the same time;3.put moral education into the logistics: Implementation of services to moral education;4 Let student participate in the mode of and realize self-education;5. Promote tutor system, and realized it was responsible for the moral education;6. Optimize the moral education environment: to achieve environmental moral education; 7.Construction of schools, families, social integration pattern, realize a harmonious moral education.
