What is IGCSE? What is IGCSE? IGCSE equivalent to UK GCSE and the International GCE O Level examinations (O Levels) GCSE GCE(O Levels foundation for higher level courses like the International Baccalaureate (IB), GCE A Levels and the North American Advanced Placement Test (APT) 是中学 IB GCE A Levels APT 9
