When hitting by disasters may help themselves; when not be hit by disasters may assist the local government to help people seek asylum and accept them. On the part of educated training plan, we will conduct over five symposiums to train some seeded teachers in order to achieve the goal of educated training. This research will investigate and analysis the elementary and junior schools natural hazards including wind flood, earthquake and landslide hazards, and its mitigation, response and recovery measures and focus on response and recovery plans on the level of elementary school campuses, and then making criterion and educated training plans.
