The main reasons are as follows : the Chinese students increasingly in2 tense anti2j apanese struggles and the international pressure f rom the European and American countries that competed for the education right of Chinese student s studying abroad,as well as the appeals and suggestions f rom all walks of life in Japan that they must reflect on and improve the policy to the Chinese students studying in Japan. Although the pas2 sive improvement of the policy provided Chinese student s with a more convenient life to study in J apan objectively,it never changed the subjective purpose of aggression and expansion. The J apanese government instilled the Chinese student s in J apan with idea of Sino2J apanese goodwill and trained them to be slavish people.
