Totrazuril and sodium sulfamonomethoxine ( the syrup-red to rid of vermin Friend Baby) were used to detect canine coccidiosis. The insecticidal efficacy of positive dogs was tested. The results showed that 32 stool samples were positive for coccidia, and the total infection rate of coccidia was 26.23% (32/122). Two species of canine coccidia, Isospora canis and I. ohioenais, were found in this survey. The average infection rate was 8.74 10 4. Ten days after Totrazuril and Happy Brown Sugar were used to treat canine coccidia, the negative conversion rate of oocysts reached 100%. The effect of Totrazuril and Friend Baby against canine coccidia was similar. Key words: Canine; Coccidia; Infection; Prevention coccidia I
