2018 4 the price of bulk commodities is sluggish and a financing gap appears in Russia. How sovereign wealth funds can live and give back to the society with limited investment is an urgent problem in the next phase Evaluation on the Level of Europeanization in Romania Based on the Analysis of Normative and Cognitive Elements Ju Hao and Miao Tingting Europeanization is a prevalent concept which generates a lot of theoretical discussions. But in empirical studies few scholars take it as a concept that can be operationalized and thus propose the criteria of assessment on the level of Europeanization. Based on the theory of Sociological Institutionalism this paper divides the intension of Europeanization into two dimensions the normative element and cognitive element and thus analyze the level of Europeanization of Romania. The conclusion is as follows the Europeanization of Romania is still at a low level. The core norm and value of EU has entered the domestic politics and society but not yet become a social and commonly shared rule. The public identity with EU and Europeanization is not stable as it is based on a low level of information and highly depends upon the interest output of EU. The Union and Division of the Southern Slavs under the Rise and Fall of the First Yugoslavia Written on the Occasion of the 100th Anniversary of the First Yugoslavia Xu Gang After the end of World War I in 1918 the South Slavs established the first United Nations. For the first time in history the southern Slavs collectively got rid of the rule and oppression of foreigners stepped into the new development track as a common country and occupied a position in the international system. However the first Yugoslavia was rushed to be established lacking meticulous preparation and design. Under the guidance of the Great Serbia - ism it soon went into dictatorship. The complex relations between different people were not effectively integrated. On the contrary they became increasingly tense and eventually parted. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the first Yugoslavia we observed that the discrete years of the southern Slavic people are much longer. The integration and separation of the three Yugoslav regimes are by no means accidental. The intertwined ethnic relations have always been the Sword of Damocles hanging on the common country. After the disintegration the countries of the former Yugoslavia chose to return to Europe and achieve another way of connection. But its real effect is largely determined by each nation s historical memory about their mutual relations and how they handle the memory. The Demographic Situation and Immigration Trend in Poland after the Drastic Changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe Wang Xiaoju The drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe have had a significant impact on the demographic situation in Poland. On the whole the Polish population has entered the period of quasi - platform after the 40 - year increase in the communist era. At the same time influenced by many factors such as geography history economy religion diplomacy etc. the migration scope of the Polish is clearly concentrated in the two major immigration circles Western Europe and North America. With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative China - Poland labor cooperation and immigration will create increasing space for development. Since the fall of communism the population of Poland has fluctuated and increased slightly behind which a population crisis is lurking. Encouraging fertility and attracting immigrants to stimulate population growth should be a long - term and important national policy of the Polish government. 158
