Work stressors that were experienced by personal assistant staff were characterized by quantity and difficulty ofwork, relationship between clients and staff and relationships in the workplace. These stressors damaged the mental health of personal assistant service's staff. It was considered that the way tokeep the mental health of personal assistant staff was to effectively improve thework environment by using resources such as coping and social support. Moreover, it was considered that improvement of relationships in the workplace was effective, because relationships in the workplace were relative to social support and cooperation in the workplace for the specific characteristic of personal assistant staff. Besides, to take into consideration that the relationship between resources and job satisfaction should help to select more effective resources.
