In the critical moment of the formation of their sense of national unity to equip the college students with the knowledge of Four Identities is liable to deepen their sense of community, strengthen their sense of duty and politics against national separation ideologically, emotionally, and culturally, as such to intensify the pertinence and effectiveness of the campaign of national unity in colleges and u- niversities. Key words: Four Identities;college students;sense of national unity See P.52 The Community Organizational Development in Multi-ethnic City: the Analysis of Neighborhood Community Liu Rong Abstract: The ambiguous role of neighborhood community staff, the complex jobs and fuzzy relationship with other organizations of community, the simple community activities, the passive participation and the insufficient understanding of community s functions of residents make neighborhood community in multi-ethnic districts only struggle to cope with higher level government in daily life. To study the community organizational development in this area, we should explore the internal social potential from the perspective of ethnic culture, which can truly help neighborhood community to play its role of management and enhance the community ability.
