Lomba diselenggarakan untuk siswa kelas The competition is for students who study in Indonesia only. Lomba hanya diperuntukkan bagi siswa yang bersekolah di Indonesia. 3. Stationery is not provided. Alat tulis tidak disediakan. 4. Notes are not allowed. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa catatan saat lomba. 5. Each participant must bring a clipboard for writing. Setiap peserta harus membawa alas untuk menulis (clipboard untuk landasan menulis) 6. Each participant must come on time for re-registration. Those who come late will not get any additional time. Setiap peserta harus hadir tepat waktu untuk pendaftaran ulang. Mereka yang datang terlambat tidak akan mendapat tambahan waktu. 7. Each participant must bring the invoice/receipt for re-registration. Setiap peserta harus membawa kuitansi untuk pendaftaran ulang. B. Registration procedures: Prosedur pendaftaran: 1. All participants must re-register, at Mezzanine during the preliminary round and at CEC Stage during the final round, according to their schedule in the rundown. Semua peserta diwajibkan hadir untuk mendaftar ulang, di Mezzanine (Food Wave) pada saat Babak Penyisihan dan di Panggung CEC pada saat Babak Final, sesuai dengan waktu registrasi ulang di jadwal acara. 2. Participants who fail to re-register will be disqualified. Peserta yang tidak mendaftar ulang akan dianggap gugur. 3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse any changes of any participant and to reject any participant who does not obey the rules. Panitia penyelenggara berhak untuk menolak segala bentuk perubahan dan berhak untuk menolak peserta yang tidak menaati peraturan.

2 C. Competition rules: Peraturan pertandingan: Preliminary Round (Friday, November 3, Time: 30 Minutes. Place: Mezzanine, above Food Wave) 1. This category will be written. Participants will be given 30 minutes to complete all the questions. Kategori ini akan dilaksanakan secara tertulis. Peserta akan diberi waktu 30 menit untuk menjawab semua soal. 2. The questions will be taken from the words given with the proposal. Soal akan diambil dari kata-kata yang diberikan bersama dengan proposal. 3. The questions will be divided into two parts. In part A, the participants match the characters, then write the pinyin and shengdiao, and give the English translation. In part B, the participants use all the words from part A to complete sentences. Soal akan dibagi menjadi dua bagian. Di bagian A, peserta memasangkan huruf, kemudian menuliskan pinyin dan nada, dan menerjemahkan dalam Bahasa Inggris. Di bagian B, peserta menggunakan semua kata dari bagian A untuk melengkapi kalimat. 4. Only participants are allowed into the competition area during all competitions. Hanya peserta yang diizinkan berada di lokasi kompetisi. Final Round (Sunday, November 5, Place : CEC Stage, in front of Hypermart) a. During the final round, each participant will be asked to tell a story. The story must be related to our theme which is Respect the Diversity. Pada saat babak final, setiap peserta akan diminta untuk bercerita. Cerita yang disampaikan harus berhubungan dengan tema kami yaitu Menghargai Perbedaan. b. During the final round, each participant will be given a minimum 1 minute and 30 seconds (1 bell ring) and a maximum 2 minutes (2 bell rings) to tell his/her story. Pada saat babak final, setiap peserta akan diberi waktu minimum 1 menit 30 detik (1 kali bunyi bel) dan maksimum 2 menit (2 kali bunyi bel) untuk menyampaikan ceritanya. c. The criteria of marking includes: fluency, pronunciation and tone, structure (grammar), performance skill, content, and punctuality. Kriteria penilaian terdiri dari: kelancaran, pelafalan dan nada, tata bahasa, kemampuan tampil, isi, dan ketepatan waktu. 2. Participants who perform on the stage must not be helped by anyone. Should they be helped, their marks will be deducted. Peserta yang tampil di panggung tidak boleh dibantu oleh siapapun. Bila mereka menerima bantuan, nilai mereka akan dikurangi. 3. Only participants are allowed into the competition area during all competitions. Hanya peserta yang diizinkan berada di lokasi kompetisi.

3 D. Finalists: Para finalis: 1. Two participants of each grade with the highest score will proceed to the final round. Dua peserta dari tiap kelas yang mendapatkan nilai terbaik akan masuk ke babak final. 2. If there are more than two students with the highest score, there will be a tie breaker round to determine the finalists. Apabila ada lebih dari dua peserta yang mendapatkan nilai terbaik, akan diadakan babak tambahan. 3. The tie breaker round will be written. Each participant will do a 10-word-vocabulary test in 10 minutes. The words will not be taken from the words given with the proposal. If the participants do not show up at the tie breaker round, he/she will be eliminated. Babak tambahan akan diadakan dalam bentuk tertulis. Para peserta harus menyelesaikan sepuluh soal vocabulary dalam waktu 10 menit. Kata-kata yang dikeluarkan TIDAK akan diambil dari kata-kata yang diberikan bersama dengan proposal. Apabila peserta tidak hadir pada babak tambahan, peserta akan dieliminasi. 4. The names of those participants who proceed to the final round will be announced approximately one hour after the preliminary round ends. Nama para peserta yang masuk ke babak final akan diumumkan sekitar satu jam setelah pertandingan babak penyisihan selesai. E. Winners: Para pemenang: 1. All scores (preliminary round final round) from the 12 participants entering the final round will be tabulated. Semua nilai (babak penyisihan babak final) dari 12 peserta yang berhasil memasuki babak final akan dijumlahkan. 2. The participant with the highest accumulated scores of each grade will be declared the champion, while the second highest will win the second place. Peserta dari tiap kelas yang mendapatkan nilai akumulasi tertinggi akan dinyatakan sebagai pemenang. Sedangkan peserta yang mendapatkan nilai akumulasi tertinggi kedua akan dinyatakan sebagai juara kedua. F. Other related rules: Peraturan yang lain yang bersangkutan: 1. Participants are not allowed to bring mobile phones into the competition area. Participants caught with a mobile phone will be disqualified. Peserta tidak diizinkan membawa telepon genggam ke dalam area lomba. Peserta yang diketahui membawa telepon genggam akan didiskualifikasi. 2. Parents, teachers, or other guardians are strictly prohibited in the competition area. Para orang tua, guru, ataupun pembimbing yang lainnya DILARANG menunggu di dalam area lomba. 3. If parents, teachers, or other guardians disobey any of the rules, the organizer has the right to ask them to leave the competition area. Apabila para orang tua, guru, ataupun pembimbing yang lainnya melanggar peraturan, maka panitia berhak meminta mereka untuk meninggalkan area lomba. 4. The juries decisions are absolute. Disputes with the judges will not be tolerated. Keputusan juri tidak dapat diganggu gugat. Perdebatan dengan juri tidak ditoleransi.

4 兰华中文比赛一年级至六年级 A. 比赛常规 : 1. 本次比赛给予一年级至六年级的学生 2. 只在印尼读书的学生能参加本次比赛 3. 本次比赛委员会不提供文具 4. 比赛时不允许带笔记 5. 每参赛者必须自己带纸夹板 6. 参赛者必须准时到达比赛场, 到达后必须先登记任何迟到, 参赛者在比赛时没有额外添加时间 7. 参赛者必须把登记凭据携带, 并给予场上的委员证明 B. 登记规程 : 1. 根据比赛的时间表, 参赛者必须在预赛场及决赛场先登记. 预赛场于 Mezzanine 室执行, 而决赛场于 CEC 台执行 2. 未登记的参赛者将被免除资格 3. 主办单位有权拒绝任何当场参赛者更换, 并拒绝任何不遵守规则的参赛者 C. 比赛规则 : 预赛 ( 于星期五 2017 年 11 月 3 日其间 ; 30 分钟地点 ; Mezzanine, Food Wave 上面 ) 1. 此项目, 参赛者将给予 30 分钟时间完成所有笔试问题 2. 笔试问题来之提案中的单词表提取 3. 笔试问题将分两部分 A 部分, 参加者匹配词语的形式, 然后写出拼音和声调及给予英文翻译 B 部分, 参加者使用 A 部分提供所有的词语完成句子 4. 比赛场只有参赛者允许进入决赛 ( 于星期天 2017 年 11 月 5 日地点 ; CEC 台, Hypermart 超市对面 ) 1. a. 决赛时, 每参赛者讲个事故事内容必须跟本次比赛主题尊重差异有关 b. 决赛时, 每参赛者讲故事时间是 1 分 30 秒钟 (1 次铃声 ) 或没超过 2 分钟 (2 次铃声 ) c. 评分标准包括 ; 表达流畅, 发音及声调, 语法, 演讲技巧, 故事内容及正点 2. 参赛者在比赛表演中不能收到任何人帮助, 如果发现任何违反此规, 参赛者分数将扣除 3. 比赛场只有参赛者允许进入

5 D. 决赛选手 : 1. 各年级两名评分最高的参赛者能前往入决赛 2. 如果评分最高的参赛者超过两名, 委员会将进行额外决胜轮以决定选手 3. 决胜轮是笔试, 参加此轮比赛的人选在 10 分钟内必须完成十个字单词考验, 而单词非从提案中的单词表里提取 4. 加入决赛的参赛名于预赛结束 1 小时后将被宣布 E. 优胜者 : 1. 所有 12 名参赛者加入决赛的分数 ( 从预赛至决赛 ) 将被总结 2. 参赛者累计得分最高, 获胜者第一名, 同时参赛者累计得分第二最高获得第二名 F. 其他相关规则 : 1. 塞场区, 不允许带上手机参赛者被发现者违反此规将免除资格 2. 家长, 老师或其他监护人严格禁止进入塞场区 3. 如果发现有家长, 老师或其他监护人违反任何比赛规定, 主办单位有权要求他们离开比赛场地 4. 评判员所作的决定是绝对, 委员会无容忍任何争议
