3 Section 1: Responding to texts 50 marks Attempt Questions 1 6 In Section 1, there are THREE aural texts Text 1, Text 2 and Text 3A. Each aural text will be played TWICE. There will be a short break between the first and second playings of each text in which you may make notes. 4 Question 1 (4 marks) Marks Text 1 will be played twice. There will be a short break between the first and second playings in which you may make notes. After you hear Text 1, you will have 8 minutes to answer Question 1 in the space provided. You will hear a warning signal 2 minutes before the end of this time.
