6 ABSTRACT This study explored the suicidal experiences of a multi-attempt suicide survivor by using multi-quality research method. The aim of this study are: 1.find out the research method that can be closer to the subject experience of a suicidal survivor by reviewing the history of the suicide theory, 2.investigated the whole experience via a survivor s narrative, 3.investigated the motivation, goal, and feelings of an survivor, 4. the effects of failing of the suicide attempt, including the external factors like in physical and interrelationship, and the changes in minds and attitudes, and 5. how a survivor view her suicide experience. This study collected data by interviewing, then analyzed data by using three approaches: interpretative phenomenological analysis, phenomenology, and life history. The result showed that the factors are lack of meaning in life and low mood. The key factor to trigger the action is the mood fluctuation. Otherwise, there is a big difference between the multi-attempt suicide and the single one. It cannot be ignored while understanding the texture of suicide phenomenon. These finding might suggest a new approach, which is muti-approaches to understand suicide phenomenon, and develop an approach that combines different regions to understand an event. III
