2 Qualifications/Requirements: 要求 Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science 学历 : 工程学本科 Training: Bits/Drilling or equivalent technical trainings, Sales training 培训 : 钻头 / 钻井或其他相关培训, 销售培训 Skills: Good written and spoken English. Mathematically capable to college level. College level capability in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. Proficiency in the use of in house, custom application and business system software. 技能 : 具有流利的英文书写能力及口头表达能力, 数学知识达到大学水平熟练使用文本, 电子表格及其他演示软件熟练使用办公及软件常规业务系统 Experience: 5 years in Bits/Drilling technical sales position or equivalent 工作经验 :5 年钻头 / 钻井技术销售或相关职位 Behavior: Strong communication ability through speech and active listening. Marketing and Product Promotion General view and knowing of Bits Market including volume, product, pricing and market share Have insight understanding of Smith Bits & AT products Solid awareness of the Bits terminology and dull evaluation standards both for Smith and IADC Solid awareness of the Bits type and properties, capability of proper Bits selection based on the formation status and Smith software supports Capability to initiate product Engineering Change Requests (ECR) or Produt Request based on the client needs Fluent application of Smith business systems for product ordering and tracking (SCOR, WorkBenth)

Proficiency in the use of in house, custom application and business system software.

3 Competitor Watch and Sales strategy General understanding of the competitor products and promotion status Following the management guidance, define and retune the Smith sales strategies against the competitors Preparing and conducting Smith products introduction and drilling improvement proposals to the custormer 2. Bits and AT Selling and Service Supports Identify and validate the business opportunities where Smith Bits and AT can sell Business needs from clients Internal study carried out based on the well information, which proves CPM (Cost Per Meter) advantage or service advantage. Distribution channel is clear and ethical which could maintain Smiths advantages Open up the market through different running schemes Direct sale to end user Selling to qualified distributors Selling through integration service scheme with SLB segments or other cooperation companies Product and service delivery Prepara commercial and legal proposal Ensure the products on time delivery Provide the field running services for the key selling projects Complete the invoicing process with the supports from management team and supporting group Sustain the market with value adding services Active client visit and review regarding the sold products Provided product ECR and PR for better service delivery

4 Support the investigation and client communication for any product/service failures with FE team 3. New Technology Penetration Solid awareness of Smith NT products/services across the world Identify and validate the potential NT value for the in charged sales domains with the supports from FE Conduct the NT introduction and trainings to the clients Sell NT product/services with premium margin QHSE Responsibilities: Comply with and support all Schlumberger published QHSE policies and standards including but not limited to: Wearing of appropriate personal protection equipment at all times. Seek assistance in situations impacting QHSE when appropriate. Initiate request and support for incident reporting through FE segments Risk assessment for new and/or unusual activities Adherence to company driving policies and procedures Follow customer/site QHSE policies Physical Demands: Field and warehouse inspection of drill bits requires moderate lifting and shifting following Schlumberger SIPP standards. Working Conditions: Technical Sales Representative II work in office, warehouse and field environments. Warehouse and field locations may include working near heavy, noisy and hazardous machinery. Short term stays are occasionally required in field locations. Location Specific Essential Function(s): Office essential functions are described in Section 6. Warehouse functions include inspection and dull grading of drill bits. Field location essential functions include supervision of drill bit runs and recommendation of running parameters and dull grading of drill bits. Training Program During the period in Technical Sales Representative II, the employee is expected to attend and pass courses in the following Smith product/service technical trainings Schlumberger ST 1 (Sales Training) and other sales related trainings Schlumberger QHSE training Supplementary training as required Career Advancement Progression to Technical Sales Representative III will be based on but not confined to achievement of the following Completion of 1 year as Technical Sales Representativ II Demonstrated ability to new market entry, products promotion for key client domains Shows a high level of independence and competence in completing sales projects Completion of Technical Sales Representative II training program 有意者请投递简历至公司邮箱, 并在邮件主题标明申请岗位 + 本人姓名
