4 流行病学 Epidemiology 猪群 10 月 28 日流产 4 头,10 月 29 日流产 4 头,10 月 31 日流产 4 头, 日流产率 0.17% (4/2384); 4 sows aborted at Oct 28 th, Oct 29 th, Oct 31 st, Daily abortion rate is 0.17%. 对流产母猪测量体温, 体温偏高 ;the body temperature is respectively. 流产较多的生产线 (4 线 ), 当天不食减料的母猪增加, 测量体温都在 40 以上, 占比 0.76%(6/784); The sow refusal of feed or redece feed intake number in line 4 is increased and body temperature of them above 40 with 0.76%(6/784).

16 序列分析 sequential analysis 流产母猪血清哺乳仔猪血清保育血清说明 :1, 流产母猪血清中检测到的蓝耳抗原, 与哺乳仔猪血清中的蓝耳抗原同属一个分支 ; 2, 保育血清中的蓝耳抗原与 NADC30 同属一个分支 ;

17 诊断结果 Diagnosis results 初步诊断本次母猪流产是由蓝耳引起 ;abortions caused by PRRSV. 产房 14 日龄哺乳仔猪血清中即可测到蓝耳抗原, 流产母猪血清中蓝耳毒株与产房哺乳仔猪中的蓝耳毒株相似性高, 表示母猪群还在散毒 ;sow herd was shedding because suckling piglets were PRRS positive and the strain is the same in gestation and farrowing. 保育 6-10 周的血清中, 都可测到蓝耳抗原, 表示保育群体里的蓝耳活跃 The PRRS is active because the PRRSV is found at nursery pigs. 保育分离的 3 个毒株与 NADC30 同属一个分支 ;nursery stain is similar to NADC30. 母猪及哺乳仔猪分离的毒株与 YJ1-10 同属一个分支 ;Sow herd and suckling piglets stain is similar to YJ1-10. 场内活跃不只一个蓝耳毒株 ;More than two strains were active in this farm.

18 蓝耳控制方案

生物安全策略出生 24 小时后禁止寄养, 评估正常的乳头数, 尽量让母猪带自己的猪崽 Stop cross fostering after 24 hours of age.

出生时, 禁止在不同产房间移动小猪 Stop moving pigs between farrowing rooms at birth.

交替使用两套处理猪的工具, 并准备两个消毒盒, 延长工具接触消毒液的时间 Alternate between two sets of processing equipment in two containers of

19 生物安全策略出生 24 小时后禁止寄养, 评估正常的乳头数, 尽量让母猪带自己的猪崽 Stop cross fostering after 24 hours of age. Assess number of functional teats and maximize number of her own pigs (HOP) left on a sow. 出生时, 禁止在不同产房间移动小猪 Stop moving pigs between farrowing rooms at birth. 尽量减少对哺乳小猪肌肉注射 Minimize injections of suckling piglets. 窝与窝之间换针头 Change needles between litters. 交替使用两套处理猪的工具, 并准备两个消毒盒, 延长工具接触消毒液的时间 Alternate between two sets of processing equipment in two containers of disinfectant that allow for more contact time 停止寄养或窝间调换病猪生长落后猪 Stop fostering or swapping between litters for sick pigs, fall-backs. 不同房间的铁锹, 扫帚等工具要洗干净, 用石灰消毒 Clean shovels, brooms between rooms. Apply lime.
