wat kun je zelf doen als je last van bedwantsen hebt? Wanneer je denkt dat je last hebt van bedwantsen? Meld dit dan zo snel mogelijk bij Lefier via 088-20 33 000. Overlast van bedwantsen komt doordat ze in spullen van mensen kruipen en mensen die spullen verplaatsen. Denk aan tassen en koffers. Deskundige bestrijding is het enige wat je kunt doen tegen overlast van bedwantsen. Verplaats absoluut geen spullen uit je kamer. Laat alle spullen in je kamer staan zodat de bedwantsen zich niet verspreiden en de plaag groter wordt. behandelwijze Je hele kamer wordt behandeld met een bestrijdingsmiddel en vooral de plaatsen waar de bedwants vaak zit, zoals plinten, de ombouw van het bed, matras en dergelijke. Wij verzoeken je dringend niets te verzetten of te verwijderen uit de ruimte voordat de behandeling heeft plaatsgevonden. Je dient hierna de behandelde ruimte(s) twee uur goed te luchten, voordat je er weer naar binnen kunt. Dit geldt ook voor huisdieren. Na de behandeling mag je minimaal één week niet stofzuigen of schoonmaken, omdat je anders de nawerking van het bestrijdingsmiddel beperkt wordt. Na de behandeling moet beddengoed direct worden gewassen of gestoomd. Om het verplaatsen van bedwantsen te voorkomen, mag je behandeld meubilair enzovoort niet verhuizen naar ruimten waar geen bestrijdingsmiddel is gebruikt. Na ongeveer zes weken komen we bij je langs voor een nacontrole. Vaak is een tweede behandeling nodig. 3
Kakkerlakken. Ze houden niet van licht en laten zich overdag meestal niet zien. Ze gaan vooral in het donker op zoek naar voedsel. De vrouwtjes van kakkerlakken produceren eipakketten, waar 20 tot 30 kakkerlakken uitkomen. Uit één eipakket kan dus al snel een plaag ontstaan. hoe herken je ze?
