Biography of Roald Dahl Roald Dahl was born on 13th September 1916 and died on 23rd November 1990. He was a novelist, short story writer, fighter pilot and screenwriter. He was a fighter pilot during World War Two.
Biography of Roald Dahl He has been referred to as one of the greatest storytellers for children of the 20th century. Some of his most popular works include James and the Giant Peach, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Fantastic Mr Fox, Matilda, The Witches, and The Big Friendly Giant.
