2012 6 and production internationalization in the process of economic globalization the international direct investment were accelerated on the one hand and the cross - border flow of the production factors and industrial transfer were promoted on the other hand. These changes promoted constant adjustment of the global industrial structure and entire industries changes. This paper discusses Russia s industrial structure adjustment and the industrial development in the context of new global trend and analyses the change of Russian three industries composition. Jiang Zhenjun Food safety is a country s lifeline. This problem has become a focal point of current international community. Countries around the world are trying to take various effective measures to improve the grain supply and demand situation so as to safeguard their own food security maintaining social stability and development. China and Russia are facing with varying degrees of food security problems. However both sides are with good conditions in the agriculture industrialization cooperation. They have the geopolitical advantages and complementary advantages of factor endowment. Therefore it s necessary and feasible for China and Russia that they strengthen the agriculture industrialization cooperation and ensure food security commonly. Zhang Shengfa Nikita Khrushchev placed the Soviet nuclear missiles in Cuba out of two kinds of motives one was to defend the Cuban revolution and making it a revolutionary example for other countries in Latin America another was to narrow the gap in strategic missile between the United States and the Soviet Union. At the same time the competition between the Soviet Union and the United States in Europe also influenced Khrushchev s final decision. Communist world outlook and the concept of the world revolution were the foundation of Khrushchev s all diplomatic activities and motivation. There was no serious discussions and scientific reasoning in Khrushchev s decision of placing the missile in Cuba it was a kind of the outcome of subjectivism disconnected from reality. Chen Xinming As the world economic center of gravity gradually turns to the Asian - Pacific region the international political center then turned to shift. The cooperation between recovering Russia and troubled Europe is an open question. Since the end of the Cold War the relations between Russia and Europe has made significant progress but the both sides can t narrow the room for disagreement over European security. Russia s eurocentric policy has come to an end. To obtain a vantage position in the future multipolar structure Russia must expandes its relations with the Asian - Pacific region. 98
