1. Phase One Registration: Student members who are currently on CDAC Activity Fee Subsidy Scheme Priority Registration Date: 22/5/2016-28/5/2016 (Sun Sat) Please bring the CDAC Activity Fee Subsidy successful notification letter for the registration. A number of vacancies for each class will be allocated to this group of student members on first-come-first served basis. Students who missed Phase One registration or are not allocated any places can only register for programmes during Phase Two registration. 2. Phase Two Registration: All other student members Registration Start Date: From 29/5/2016 (Sun) 3. Availability of programmes is on a first-come-first serve basis. Parents are only allowed to register for your own child/children. 4. Programmes are open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. You have to register as a member of CDAC@ Bedok in order to register for the programmes. Please bring along your birth certificate/nric to register as our member. Membership is free. 5. The Enrichment Programme (June - October 2016) is a half-year programme, unless otherwise stated. Each programme consists of 12 or 16 lessons. 6. Each payment is for 6 or 8 lessons. Collection of payment for Lesson 7 12 / 9-16 will start on the third or fourth lesson. Notification slips will be given to existing students to make payment within a timeframe. If payment is not done within the timeframe, it is deemed that the student has decided to withdraw from the programme. Vacancies will be opened to new students for applications after the payment deadline. 7. Registration closes either after the third lesson or when the class is full. 8. Please bring along your Student EZ Link Card for registration. 9. A class will only start when the minimum class size is met. 10. Book and computer loaning services will not be available on the first day of registration for both phases. 11. Only cash or cheque payment is accepted at the point of registration. Cheque should be made payable to CDAC. 12. Registration will close at 9.30pm on Monday to Friday and 4.30pm on Saturday and Sunday. 13. All CDAC Centres will be closed on 25 May 2016 as centre staff will be attending a full day training. 14. There will be no classes on 6 July (Hari Raya Puasa), 9 August (National Day) and 12 September (Hari Raya Haji). 15. CDAC reserves the right to cancel or amend the course schedule, venue and teaching staff, if and when necessary.
