Chun- Chao Tseng Far East colledge Abstract This study focuses on the school administration which is closely related to whether the administrative affairs can go smoothly, a school may have competitiveness, a school can be run cantenuously, the learning level can be promoted, and whether the educational goal of a school can be reached. This is the motive of the study what are described in this paper include the meaning of the administrative leadership of school, the theory of the modern school leadership, the idea of school leadership, the resource of power about administrative leadership, the technigues of the administrative, how to carry out the school leadership, catalysis leadership etc. The most important purpose is to make veaders understand how important the administrative leadership is for running a school and education. Keyword : catalysis leadership. Catalgsis means simplification and promotion.
