Through many years research and practice in lean implementation, John finds that the sustainability of a lean improvement relies on employees problem solving skills and PDCA process. A3 is an enabler for employees to learn problem solving skills and implement PDCA. The course will teach you: How to use A3 to tell a story about a problem, its background, current situation, improvement target, action plans, timing table and responsibility. How to use A3 to report the analytical results and to develop solutions.
