Conclusion: 1.There is no need to make a Chinese-Medicine Pharmacy Law. 2.In order to management the practice of sale, dispensing or pharmacy service of Chinese medicine, the relative rule should be put into the Pharmacy Law. 3.There is no need to divide Chinese-medicine Pharmacist form the Pharmacist system.
