宁 波 海 关 是 海 关 总 署 直 属 的 42 个 海 关 之 一 (Directly under GACC) 管 辖 区 域 是 宁 波 行 政 区 域 及 其 海 域 (Supervision covers Ningbo City Region and Ningbo Port. )

2014 年 宁 波 海 关 共 监 管 进 出 口 货 物 1.5 亿 吨, 进 出 口 贸 易 总 额 2186 亿 美 元, 监 管 进 出 口 集 装 箱 1025 万 标 箱 ( 其 中 出 口 506 万 标 箱 ), 报 关 单 386 万 份 ( 其 中 出 口 报 关 单 360 万 份 ) 150 million tons exported goods in 2014 218.6 billion dollars trade amount 10.25 million containers under supervision (5.06 million containers for export) 3.86 million declaration (3.6 million for export)
宁 波 海 关 法 规 处 设 立 知 识 产 权 科 负 责 关 区 知 识 产 权 业 务 管 理, 并 承 担 通 知 权 利 人 确 权, 部 分 侵 权 案 件 的 扣 留 调 查 和 行 政 处 罚 等 工 作 IPR Division established for intellectual property management, notification for rights confirmation, infringing cases detainment, investigation and administrative penalties etc.

宁 波 海 关 知 识 产 权 保 护 工 作 始 于 1995 年, 到 今 年 刚 好 20 年 IPR protection in Ningbo Customs has been 20 years since 1995.
2014 年 至 今 共 查 获 侵 犯 知 识 产 权 案 件 488 起, 案 值 约 5913.2 万 元 人 民 币 查 扣 各 类 侵 权 货 物 约 1523.3 万 件 488 IPR infringing cases since 2014 59.13 million RMB in value 15.23 million goods on IPR infringement
侵 权 货 物 主 要 为 服 装 鞋 帽 体 育 用 品 小 家 电 汽 车 和 摩 托 车 配 件 等, 涉 及 ADIDAS FIFA WAHL 潍 柴 等 国 内 外 知 名 品 牌 Infringing goods mainly include clothing sporting goods small household appliances cars and motorcycle accessories, relating to famous brands like ADIDAS\FIFA\WAHL etc.
3. 宁 波 海 关 积 极 参 与 知 识 产 权 国 际 合 作 Positive participation in IPR protection international cooperation
2014 年, 中 欧 海 关 知 识 产 权 行 动 计 划 (2014-2017) 工 作 组 第 一 次 会 议 在 宁 波 海 关 举 行, 来 自 中 欧 海 关 的 约 50 位 会 议 代 表 参 加 会 议 1st Working Group meeting held in Ningbo Customs under framework of EU-China IPR Customs Action Plan (2014-2017) with about 50 participants.
2014 年 9 月, 我 关 派 员 赴 越 南 河 内 参 加 由 国 际 刑 警 组 织 (INTERPOL) 举 办 的 第 八 届 全 球 知 识 产 权 执 法 大 会, 并 代 表 海 关 总 署 作 演 讲 2014 INTERNATIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IP CRIME CONFERENCE in Hanoi, Vietnam, in September 2014
