Architectural Innovation Path to Leapfrog Upgrading of Strategic Emerging Industries Led by State-owned Enterprises in Shanghai Taking New Energy Vehicles Industry as an Example Research Team Abstract: A technology trajectory based on technological revolution, which is different from that of first movers, is the core and key of industrial leapfrog upgrading. State-owned assets and enterprises are the necessary body of leading strategic emerging industries devel - opment in Shanghai, with the core of continuously developing and perfecting architectural innovation capabilities, achieving system effect of industry value creation through industrial chains integration. Architectural innovation is the subverting and surpassing of the original product architecture, which constitutes the fundamental driving force of the restructuring of business ecological system and industrial pattern. Architectural innovation and system design is the key to current new energy automobile industrialization, and the architectural innovation level of local key leading enterprises decides whether the new energy automobile industry can achieve success in leapfrog up - grading. The formation of lead market is the key influencing factor for realizing leapfrog upgrading of China new energy automobile indus - try.
