4 機構簡介 About Us 歷史簡介 基督少年軍 (The Boys Brigade) 源自英國, 是歷史上首個青少年制服組織, 至今已有 132 年歷史 其創辦人威廉 亞歷山大 史勿夫爵士於年輕時是一位教會的主日學老師 他感到傳統的主日學模式難以滿足少年人的好奇心和好動的個性, 所以善用其義勇軍人的背景, 把團隊精神和軍事紀律融合在宗教活動中, 以更多元化的方式教育少年人 史勿夫爵士於 1883 年 10 月 4 日召集了約 60 名少年人, 在格拉斯哥的學院自由教會舉行集隊儀式 時至今日, 基督少年軍已成為一國際性宣教運動, 在世界各地約有 60 多個國家有基督少年軍組織的成立 A Brief History The Boys Brigade was originated in Scotland of United Kingdom, which was the world s first uniformed organization for youth. It has a history of 132 years. Sir William Alexander Smith, our Founder, who was a Sunday school teacher of a church. He felt that traditional Sunday school approach was hard to satisfy the curiosity and energetic disposition of youths. Thus, he made good use of his background as a Volunteer of Military Force, integrated the elements of team spirit as well as military discipline into the existing religious activities. On 4 Oct 1883, he gathered about 60 youths at the College Free Church in Glasgow and started the first parade. 5 現況發展 香港基督少年軍是基督教制服團體, 於 1959 年成立, 發展至今超過 5 6 年, 服務會員人數超過 1 3, 人, 分隊遍佈港九新界教會 中學 小學 幼稚園 特殊學校 青少年中心等 分隊每週集隊一次, 透過基督教教育 步操及技能訓練 各級獎勵計劃, 培育兒童及青少年, 致力使他們在身 心 靈方面得到均衡的發展, 並具備愛心與關懷 道德及誠信 正面及勇於承擔等良好品格 Recent Development The Boys Brigade, Hong Kong is a Christian Uniformed Group established in For over 56 years, we served more than 13,000 members, with Companies set up in churches, secondary schools, primary schools, kindergartens, special schools and youth centres all over Hong Kong. These Companies gather once a week, to train teenagers and children through Christian Education, Foot Drills, Skills Training and Award Programmes. 6 執行委員會主席的話 Message from the Chairperson of the Executive Committee 回顧過去一年, 經過豐富又緊湊的 55 週 年紀念活動, 看見神的恩典, 一直的眷顧和供應 剛剛完成會員人數的統計, 基督少年軍的成員人數達到 13,069 人 雖然新開辦的分隊不多, 但分隊內部增長樂觀, 會員人數整體新增 600 人, 當中以初級組增長最多, 幼級組和小綿羊的增長也不錯, 而中級組人數亦得以保持 這一年香港基督少年軍的工作進行順利, 各項服務均有穩定的發展 : 小綿羊事工經研究後證實成效顯著 青年對談 建立了平台讓青少年投入參與和表達意見 馬灣臻訓中心的培訓服務更趨成熟專業 品格教育工作及社工服務更多元化及豐富 這些發展成果, 實在是有賴各界人士的支持及鼓勵 同行者的熱心付出 同工的用心服侍, 才能結下這些豐盛的果實, 讓基督少年軍的事工繼續火熱發展 這是最好的時代, 也是最壞的時代 ; 這是智慧的時代, 也是愚蠢的時代 ; 這是篤信的時代, 也是疑慮的時代 ; 這是光明的季節, 也是黑暗的季節 ; 這是希望的春天, 也是絕望的冬天 ; 我們什麼都有, 也什麼都沒有! 7 Last year, God showed His Grace through care and support for our 55th Anniversary Programme. According to the membership statistics, The Boys Brigade has a membership of 13,069. Although not many new Companies were set up, internal growth within the Company is encouraging with 600 new members, mostly recruited by the Junior Section. There was also satisfactory growth in the Pre-junior Section and Anchor Lamb with the membership of the Company Section remaining stable. During the year, the work of The Boys Brigade, Hong Kong was blessed with smooth progress. Stable progress has been achieved in various services: studies have shown the effectiveness of Anchor Lamb Ministry effectively; Youth Forum provided a platform for engaging young people and allowing them to express their opinions; Anchor House in Ma Wan provided increasingly sophisticated and professional training services; more diversified character - building and social services were provided. The results were achieved with the support and encouragement of people from all walks of life, enthusiastic devotion of our partners, and dedicated service of our staff. They enabled continued explosive growth of the ministry of The Boys Brigade. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us! (Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities) The paradoxical era we found ourselves is strikingly similar to A Tale of Two Cities written by Charles Dickens. Last year, despite unprecedented disharmony in society, political disputes, challenges brought about by the Occupy Movement and high property prices, Hong Kong still ranked 6th in Asia and 33rd in the world according to the World's Most Livable Cities ranking (ranking criteria include climate, healthcare services, housing and public utilities, social network and recreation facilities, infrastructure and personal safety). For our Christian community, ageing of the church-going population, severe drop in attendance of tertiary students, and a plunge in service attendance of young people, become a serious challenge. Christ as the Head, Youths as the Focus, Character-Building as the Goal are the core values of The Boys Brigade movement in Hong Kong. I hope we will continue to follow the truth of the Christian faith, serve children and young people with ceaseless enthusiasm and nurture them to become well-rooted and steadfast leaders of the 21st century who can freely embrace their own values. 8 總幹事報告 Report from the General Secretary 蒙上帝恩典, 踏入第 56 週年, 基督少年軍事工繼續在香港火熱地發展 是年度本會會員人數突破 13,000 人, 團隊單位超過 330 個, 我們繼續與 200 多間教會及 100 多所學校緊密合作及連繫, 努力做好培訓兒童及青少年的工作 小綿羊事工見成效眼見時下幼兒培育工作越發重要, 近 5 年我們積極開拓小綿羊事工, 服務 3-5 歲兒童 開展至今成立 30 多個分隊, 超過 1,500 位幼兒參與 2014 年底, 本會與香港中文大學發佈了以 小綿羊幼兒制服團隊成效 為題的研究, 研究結果驗證小綿羊事工對兒童的靈性及品格成長均具正面成效, 情況令人鼓舞 緊接成效研究, 我們推出整全的小綿羊品格成長課程, 供小綿羊組別 (3-5 歲或幼稚園學童 ) 用作品格培育教材, 期盼透過新教材, 可更全面地培育幼兒的品格成長 凝聚青年聲音 青年聲音, 凝聚參與 是我們其中一個重要的發展及實踐方向, 故此, 我們首次嘗試舉辦 青年對談, 創造更多機會讓青少年投入參與和表達意見, 凝聚他們作為核心持份者的參與力量, 讓運動持續發展和轉化 培訓服務更趨專業本會位於挪亞方舟臻訓中心的訓練場地仍是我們面向公眾的窗口, 是年度繼續為教會 分隊 社福機構 學校及商界提供多元化專業訓練服務, 服務逾 30,000 人次 推動品格教育本會臻品中心積極進行品格教育服務, 服務學習活動 Sharity 愛 共享社會服務 推行踏入 13 週年, 無論是探訪的對象及方式都更多元化, 不單探訪長者, 也探訪深宵墟 板間房戶 此外, 繼續透過 愛 家庭運動, 以青少年工作坊 家長講座 親子歷奇體驗及 有品家庭選舉 等活動, 鼓勱青少年關心父母與家人, 共建和諧家庭 最新推行的體驗活動 執紙皮換菠蘿包, 讓學生以不同角度認識及關注社會環境及問題, 置身人群, 認識貧困 內地社工督導服務新突破本會社會工作部自 2008 年起為內地多間機構提供專業社工督導服務,2014 年初, 本會與 4 間由本會督導的機構籌辦內地首屆讀寫障礙研討會, 是次研討會反應非常熱烈, 共 200 多位內地官員 來自內地及香港的知名學者 社工與機構主管一同探討讀寫障礙的議題, 期望可藉此推動內地對讀寫障礙問題的關注, 惠及更多讀寫障礙人群和家庭, 成果美滿 追尋理想的路永遠漫長艱巨, 願我們繼續靠主一步一步走下去, 攜手培育更多社會未來棟樑! 總幹事吳淑玲女士 6 The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

9 By the Grace of God, we have entered the 56th year, the ministry of the Boys Brigade, Hong Kong is still going from strength to strength. The numbers of our members have broken through 13,000, our Companies have reached over 330. Our close cooperation and associations with churches and schools now stands at over 200 and over 100 respectively, all striving to do the best in training children and youths. Fruit-bearing Anchor Lamb Ministry As we first sensed the importance of training pre-school children 5 years ago, we have been actively exploring and developing Anchor Lamb ministry to serve children aged 3-5. Over 30 Companies have now been established, with 1,500 members participating. At the end of 2014, our organization joined hands with The Chinese University of Hong Kong for a research project, namely, Effectiveness of Anchor Lamb for kindergarten students. This research has yielded most encouraging results by conclusively saying that Anchor Lamb ministry is indeed giving positive inputs to the spiritual development and character-nurturing. Hot on the heel to this research finding, we have designed a comprehensive course with teaching materials on character nurturing for Anchor Lamb (Age 3-5/Kindergarten Students). Hope more pre-school children will benefit through these new teaching materials. Converging Youth Voices Since converging youth voices to encourage participation is now our important focus, we have tried out our first Youth Forum, creating more opportunities for young people to take part in expressing their opinions, hence the power of the core participants can be brought together to benefit the continual development and transformation of the movement. More Professional Execution of Training Services The training ground of our Anchor House at Noah s Ark is still the window through which our organization is in touch with the public. This year, we continue to provide multi-purpose professional training services for churches, Companies, Charities, Schools and the business sector, which amounts to 30,000 attendances. Promoting Character-Nurturing Education The Stedfast House of our organization actively promotes Character Nurturing Services, which includes Sharity-Social Service Project. Having ventured into its 13th Anniversary, the people we visit and in the ways we do it becomes more diversified. Not only do we visit the elderly, but also the mid-night markets and families in partitioned-flats. Besides, through Love Family Project, including workshops for youths, seminars for parents, joint-adventures for parent and child, and Good Family Election, we urge young people to take good care of their parents and loved ones so as to build harmonious families. Lately, we have initiated yet another activity which enables students to understand poverty close-up, namely Earning a Sweet Bun by Cardboard-picking. By doing so, students have been made aware of our social and environmental problems from a different angle. Breakthrough in Mainland Social Work Supervision Service Our Social Service Division has been offering professional supervision services to several organizations in China since At the beginning of 2014, we organized the first ever conference of dyslexia in Mainland, and had great responses, whereby over 200 Mainland government officials, well-known scholars from both Hong Kong and China, social workers and head of organizations gathered to learn more about the topics of dyslexia. May this be a fruitful branch of service that would raise proper concern for inland s dyslexic problem, bringing benefit to such sufferers and their families. The road to pursue our dream is always long and difficult. May we continue to take one step at a time while trusting our Lord, join hands in raising up future pillars of our society. 10 服務報告 Service Report 制服團隊服務 Uniformed Group Service 制服團隊服務是本會核心服務, 凡年滿 3 歲或以上之兒童及青少年, 不論男女, 均可參加 截至 2015 年, 本會成立分隊單位超過 340 個, 總成員超過 13,000 人 分隊遍佈港九新界, 分別隸屬於基督教不同宗派的教會 基督教或沒有宗教背景的中學 小學 幼稚園 國際學校 特殊學校 青少年中心 家庭服務中心 弱智人士庇護工塲及宿舍 分隊每週集隊一次, 透過基督教教育 步操 技能教授 體能訓練 社交技巧訓練等, 再配合不同級別的獎勵和晉升計劃, 使隊員在身 心 靈方面得到均衡的發展, 培養他們成為愛主的基督徒 青少年領袖及社會中的良好公民 Uniformed Group Service is The Boys Brigade, Hong Kong (BB)'s core service. Boys and girls aged 3 or above are welcomed to join our BB Companies. By 2015, we have more than 340 Companies in Hong Kong and have recruited more than 13,000 members.bb Companies locate all around Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. These Companies are operated by churches of different Christian denominations, and secondary schools, primary schools, kindergartens, international schools, special schools, youth centers and family service centers with or without Christian background. These operating parties also include sheltered mission field and hostels for the mentally handicapped. BB Companies usually gather once a week, to train teenagers and children with Christian education, foot drills training, physical skills training, social skills training and award programmes. We strive to provide teenagers and children with all-round training to help their body, mind and spirit. We also target at nurturing them to become loyalty Christians, young leaders and good citizens of the society. 8 The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

12 是年度制服團隊服務以開拓和優化兩方面為重點 : During the year, the Uniformed Group Service focused on Exploration and Optimization : 推動及拓展事工 Promotion and Exploration of Ministry 本會積極向不同宗派教會 神學院及學校作異象分享, 全年舉辦近 30 次事工簡介及分享 本年度會員人數為 13,069 人, 增長率為 5.2% 經統計後, 隊員信主決志人數超過 2,300 人, 佔總人數 22% 委員及同工積極關顧分隊, 全年探訪分隊 出席立願禮超過 210 次 We shared BB's vision with churches from different denominations, seminaries and schools, around 30 vision sharing workshops were held during the year. We have a total of 13,069 members this year, an increase of 5.2%. Statistics show that more than 2,300 Brigaders decided to accept Jesus Christ, representing 22% of the total. Our Committee Members and Staff showed their warm and devoted care for the Companies, the total attendance of Enrollment Service and company visit numbered more than 210. 凝聚青年聲音 Cohesion of the Voice of Youth 第二屆小隊長議會 (NCO Conference) 已成立, 他們繼續以青年的角度參與和給予意見, 參與的活動包括 青年對談 國際營等 The 2nd NCO Conference was held last year. They continued to participate and gave their opinions from youth s perspective. Activities attended included "Youth Forum", International Camp, etc. 優化小綿羊課程教材 Optimizing the Training Manual of Anchor Lamb 蒙利希慎基金資助, 制服團隊部與社會工作部合作, 以小綿羊發展為目標, 經過 2 年間的籌劃和研究, 推出 小綿羊品格成長課程, 供小綿羊組別 (3-5 歲或幼稚園學童 ) 用作品格培育教材, 讓導師能夠整全的教材執教 此外, 於 2014 年 12 月進行 小綿羊幼兒制服團隊成效研究發佈會, 研究結果顯示成效非常正面, 接受 小綿羊 訓練的幼兒在靈性發展方面, 顯著高於沒有接受小綿羊訓練的幼兒, 而宗教靈性有利於品格的發展 With the sponsorship of Lee Hysan Foundation, the Anchor Lamb Character Building Training Manual was jointly published by the Uniformed Group Division and Social Work Division after two years of preparation and research. It is designed for Anchor Lamb (Age 3-5 / Kindergarten Students), so that Officers can teach with a complete teaching kit. Furthermore, the Press Conference of Effectiveness of Anchor Lamb for Kindergarten Students was held in December Results of research indicate that the spiritual development of children who have joined the project is significantly better than those who have not. The regression analysis between character and spiritual development indicates that spiritual development promotes and enhances character development. 10 The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

13 檢視及優化幼級組 Review and Optimization of the Pre-junior Section 分隊工作委員會檢視幼級組的情況, 向幼級組分隊派發問卷, 從招募 集隊內容 家長工作 教會支援等範疇, 了解分隊的具體情況, 探討幼級組所面對的挑戰及困難, 並將意見整合, 向分隊提供適切的建議 而訓練委員會亦按分隊工作委員會的建議, 成立小組檢視初級組成功章的內容及安排 The Company Work Committee reviewed development of the Pre-Junior Section, questionnaire survey was carried out on the Company of Pre- Junior Section. The aim of the questionnaire and a is to find out about the Company s specific status in various aspects including recruitment, gathering, parents tasks and church support, and to identify the challenges and difficulties faced by the Pre-junior Section. The Section was given appropriate advice on the integration of opinions. As suggested by the Company Work Committee, the Training Committee assigned a group for reviewing the contents and arrangements of the Junior Section Achievement Badge. 分隊支援及協助 Support and Assistance for the Companies 為更有效支援分隊事務, 總部開展 分隊支援計劃, 為有需要的分隊安排導師協助集隊, 導師同時與分隊商討訂定集隊計劃, 以改善集隊內容, 是年度共支援 10 支分隊 In order to help the Companies handle their affairs more effectively, the Company Support Scheme was launched by the Headquarters. An Officer would be sent to a Company which needs assistance during their parade. The Officer would also discuss with the Company the development of a gathering plan for improvement. During the year, 10 Companies received support. 增進與國際及內地之交流 Enhancement of Mainland & International Exchanges 制服團隊部繼續定期派同工列席澳門基督少年軍會議及活動, 藉此加強對澳門事工的支援, 並協助他們成功申請基金發展當地事工 本會與海外基督少年亦緊密聯繫,3 名總部同工於 2015 年 4 月代表香港參加 亞洲基督少年軍第二屆同工議會, 與來自其他地區的基督少年軍同工交流及分享 此外, 本會亦繼而積極推動會員參與各個交流活動如 同心同根萬里行 等 The Uniformed Group Division (UGD) continued to send Staff to sit in meetings and activities of BB Macau to support their development, and successfully assisted them in applying for the local development fund. We also kept in touch with BB overseas. Three Staff from the Headquarters attended the BB Asia 2nd Full Time Workers Conference as representatives from Hong Kong in April They had exchanges and sharing with BB Staff of other regions. We also actively encouraged Members to participate in various exchange programs such as the Hong Kong Uniformed Groups 10,000 Miles Friendship Trek. Annual Report 年報 11

To this end, we organized Non-commissioned Officer s training courses. Through these training camps, foot drills and skills training were offered to help them develop self-confidence and the willingness to take up responsibilities. During the year, nearly 300 leaders have been trained in courses held at our Headquarters and in different districts. The Headquarters held the NCO Training Courses Passing-Out Parade in Shatin Tsung Tsin School on 24 August Parents of Brigaders were invited to attend the event so that they could personally present certificates to their children. This provided an opportunity for Brigaders to share their experiences of development with their parents and at the same time allow their parents to witness the learning outcome of Brigaders. This year, Brigaders of ANCO took up all the position of commanders and MCs in the Parade, their outstanding performance were widely appreciated by guests. 15 導師基本訓練及進深訓練本年度共有 220 多位學員參加導師基本訓練課程, 此課程是為有志委身成為本會導師的人士而設, 透過訓練, 參加者能加深對本會的認識 各組別的訓練內容及確立自己作為導師應有的責任及本份 而導師進深訓練課程方面, 本年度開辦了 18 個課程, 超過 250 人次參與訓練, 透過靈性 社交及技能三方面不同層面的訓練, 加強參加者的個人技能及知識 以助其在分隊中應用及實踐 Officers Basic & Advanced Training (OBTC & OATC) This year, more than 220 Officers participated in Officers Basic Training Courses. The course is for people who determine to become a BB Officer. Through the course, they can know more about BB, the training theme of different sections and ensure one's responsibility and duty of becoming an Officer. Over 250 Officers participated in different Officers Advanced Training Courses. They had enhanced their personal skills and knowledge over the 3 aspects: spiritual, social skills and technical skills for their application and practice in their own Companies. 專章考核本年度共舉辦 23 次中央考核, 共有 673 名隊員報名參加考核, 整體合格率為 80% 而部份專章考核如游泳 遠足的合格率更超過 90% 是年度共 58 人考獲會長章 3 人考獲荊冕章 6 人考獲創辦人章 Award Training Assessment 23 Headquarters level training assessment were arranged this year and an aggregation of 673 Brigaders applied. The overall passing rate was 80%, while the passing rates of certain badges, such as the Swimming Badge and Expedition Badge, were over 90%. During the year, 58 Brigaders received the President s Badge, 3 got Crown of Thorns Badge and 6 got Founder s Badge. 總部分隊特色訓練 Headquarters Companies' Training 輔助隊除了恆常訓練內容, 輔助隊亦繼續協助總部籌辦小隊長訓練課程 導師基本訓練課程 山野領袖訓練及遠足教練訓練課程等活動和各項週年活動, 令更多隊員及導師得到裝備, 推展基督少年軍運動 Auxiliary Unit (AU) Apart from regular trainings, AU kept on providing assistance to the headquarters for organizing different training courses, including NCO Training, OBTC, Mountain Leader Course (MLC), Expeditions Instructor Course (EIC), and all annual programs. 16 軍樂隊軍樂隊致力透過表演及訓練, 服務基督少年軍 基督教團體及其他社會服務機構 是年度軍樂隊積極加強樂員的練習及培訓新加入的樂員, 為各項紀念活動的演出作最佳準備 表演服務方面, 軍樂隊應邀表演共 13 次, 服務超過 33,000 人次 BB Band BB Band has been serving The Boy's Brigade, Hong Kong (BBHK), Christian organizations and other social-service organizations through performances and training courses. The band put much effort in practising and training newcomers this year in preparation for performances in various celebration activities. We were invited to perform in 13 activities in total, serving more than 33,000 people. 儀仗隊儀仗隊主要成員是來自分隊隊員或導師, 成立的目的為代表香港基督少年軍出席和參與會內及會外有關步操的典禮及步操訓練 本年度參與及協助之活動包括 : 金紫荊廣場升旗禮 五四升旗禮等 儀仗隊每年有 18 次集隊, 內容包括 : 靈修 基本步操及禮儀 旗隊操 步規 花式步操等訓練項目 Ceremonial Company (CC) Members of CC mainly included Officers and Brigaders from different Companies. CC is established to represent BBHK to participate in ceremonies and foot drill competitions organized by BBHK and other organizations. This year, CC took part and served in activities including the Flag Raising Ceremony at The Golden Bauhinia Square and 5 4 Youth Festival Flag Raising Ceremony. CC meets 18 times each year. Activities during the meetings include: spiritual formation, training encompassing basic foot drill and etiquette, guard of honor drill, pace-stick drill and exhibition drill. 見習導師分隊見習導師分隊之成立目的是為各分隊培養未來接班人, 隊員需要接受為期 6 個月的訓練, 內容包括基督教教育 步操訓練 領袖才訓練 野外鍛鍊等 ; 再加上 10 次的分隊實習, 以了解不同分隊的運作模式, 為將來服侍分隊作好準備 本年度分隊畢業學員共 18 人 Officer Cadet Company (OCC) The Officer Cadet Company is established to help train successors for Companies. Cadets will attend a 6-month training course focusing on Christian education, foot drill training, leadership skills training and expedition training. In addition, Cadets need to have 10 practical training sessions in different Companies, where they can learn about operating styles of different Companies and be prepared to serve in their own Companies in the future. 17 國際交流 International Exchange 55 週年國際營 (2014 年 12 月 30 日至 2015 年 1 月 2 日 ) 五年舉辦一次的國際營吸引了 800 位本地和海外基督少年軍成員參與, 營會於烏溪沙青年新村舉行 是次營會主題為 : 同心邁步 作鹽作光, 於元旦舉行開放日, 服侍超過 1, 名長者 幼稚園生 智障人士 體障人士及南亞裔人士, 期望隊員透過服侍社群, 實踐基督徒應有的精神 55th Anniversary International Camp (30 Dec Jan 2015) This once-every-5-years event attracted over 800 local and overseas BB members to take part in it. The Camp was organized in Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village, the theme is One Step Together, Be the Salt & Light During Open Day on New Year's Day, more than 1,000 elderly, kindergarten students, students mentally and physically handicapped, and members of South Asian ethnic groups were served. It is hoped that the Christian spirit would be manifested through serving the community. 第二屆亞洲基督少年軍同工交流議會 (2015 年 4 月 30 日至 5 至 3 日 ) 本會派出 3 位總部同工包括副總幹事 ( 行政及制服團隊 ) 陳美珊女士 訓練主任吳惠敏女士及市場及銷售主任戴詩琳女士往馬來西亞亞庇參與是次交流營會 會上各同工分享各地事工進展 交流經驗, 亦有探訪當地為土著人成立的分隊 BB Asia 2nd Full Time Workers Conference (30 April 3 May 2015) Three staff from Headquaters, Ms. Emily CHAN, Deputy General Secretary (Administration & Uniformed Group), Ms. Tiffany NG Wai-man, Development Officer, and Ms. Stephenie TAI Szelam, kota Kinabalu, Marketing & Sales Officer, were sent to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia to attend the conference. 18 祖國聯繫 Liaison with Mainland China 國內事工的推展本會多年來一直積極與深圳兩會交流及探討合作機會, 讓他們對本會的運作模式及理念有更深入的了解 是年度深圳堂及布吉堂兩間堂會派遣了 10 多位會友來港參與導師訓練, 期後在堂會中分別招募了 50 多名及 30 多名兒童, 嘗試以基督少年軍的模式在教會內運作, 經過半年多的嘗試頗見成效, 於是確定以基督少軍運作模式培訓兒童 深圳基督少年團第一及第二分隊分別於 2014 年 12 月 20 日及 2015 年 1 月 17 日正式成立 兩支分隊更安排導師 隊員來港參與 55 週年國際營, 與各港及其他地區的成員交流及分享 Development of Mainland ministry For years, we have been actively seeking opportunities to exchange and cooperate with the Shenzhen Christian Council/TSPM Committee in order that they have a deeper understanding of our operation and objectives. During the year, more than 10 members from Shenzhen Christian Church and Buji Christian Church came to Hong Kong to join our Officer training programme. They recruited more than 50 and 30 children respectively for a pilot operation of the BB methods. Good results were achieved after six months trial, so it was decided that the BB methods would be adopted to help children s development. The 1st and 2nd Companies of BB Shenzhen were set up on 20 December 2014 and 17 January 2015 respectively. Officers and Brigaders of the Companies travelled to Hong Kong to attend the 55th Anniversary International Camp where they had exchanges and sharing with Brigaders from Hong Kong and other regions. 同心同根萬里行 2014 (2014 年 6 月 29 日至 7 月 7 日 ) 本會共派出 18 名導師 隊員參與同心同根萬里行 2014 與全港其他支制服團體, 多位參加者一同浩浩蕩蕩前往北京及寧夏進行一連九天的交流之旅 HK Uniformed Groups 10,000 Miles Friendship Trek 2014 (29 June 7 July 2014) We had sent 18 Officers and Brigaders to participate in HK Uniformed Groups 10,000 Miles Friendship Trek The participants from the uniformed groups in Hong Kong joined together for a 9-day trip visiting Beijing and Ningxia. 16 The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

19 與澳門基督少年軍聯繫香港基督少年軍與澳門基督少年軍一直緊密聯繫, 包括分隊互訪交流, 出席雙方大會操等 本會制服團隊部主管及國際及內地事工委員會委員更應邀列席澳門基督少年軍執行委員會會議, 進一步加強彼此支援 Connection with BB Macau BBHK and BB Macau are always closely related. We have organized e x c h a n g e p r o g r a m m e b e t w e e n Companies, attended each other s Founder s Day parades. The Head of our Uniformed Group Division and members of our International and Mainland Relations Committee were invited by BB Macau to attend the meetings of their Executive Committee so as to strengthen the bonding between BBHK and BB Macau. 分區化進展 Progress of Districtisation 五區主要活動剪影過往一年, 五區按各區特色舉辦不同類型的訓練和活動, 超過 80 次, 總參與人次超過 4,000 多人 訓練方面, 包括基本小隊長訓練和深資小隊長訓練課程 露營章 步操章 海員章 安全章 游泳章 急救章 保齡球布章 欖球布章等中級組專章訓練課程及初級組小領袖訓練營等 活動方面, 除了恆常舉辦的步操比賽 籃球比賽 參觀活動外, 新九西及九中兩區更合辦聯合佈道會, 近 500 名隊員參與,60 多位決志 另有以導師為對象的導師團契 祈禱會 退修會及專題工作坊等 各區亦與制服團隊部同工配搭, 探訪分隊和出席分隊立願禮次數近 400 次 Events Highlight among 5 Districts In the past year, there was a bloom in the variations of training programmes and activities, over 80 activities were held by the five District Committees with a total attendance of more than 4,000. Examples of trainings included BNCO & ANCO training courses, Badges Training course for Company Section (e.g. Camping Badge, Drill Badge, Seamanship Badge, Safety Badge, Swimming Badge, First Aid Badge, Bowling Cloth Badge, Rugby Cloth Badge, etc.) and leadership training camps for Junior Section. They also organized various Brigader-based activities, including drill competitions, basketball competitions, and visitations. A joint evangelist meeting was held by the NKW and KC Districts. Nearly 500 Brigaders attended the meeting and more than 60 decided to become a Christian. Other than that, Officer-based activities, such as Officers fellowships, prayer meetings, retreats and workshops, were also held. Meanwhile, the committee members teamed up with the Uniformed Group Division to visit Companies and attend Enrolment Services almost 400 times. Annual Report 年報 17

21 專業培訓服務 Professional Training Service 訓練及拓展部轄下單位包括臻訓中心 臻品中心 臻睦中心及訓練學校 其中臻訓中心是香港基督少年軍轄下多元化專業培訓中心, 訓練場地位於馬灣挪亞方舟 ; 而訓練學校是本會一個內部訓練及退修的營地 Anchor House, Stedfast House, Waste Recovery Centre and Training School are all managed by our Training & Development Division (TDD). Apart from providing training services to students of different age groups, we also serve teachers from different colleges and provide them with team-work training and problem solving skills training. This year, we provided training programmes for more than 90 educational institutes, including kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges. AH also provides different training to different corporates, government departments and nongovernmental organizations. We are specialized in teamwork training, risk management training and leadership skills training. This year, we were awarded the tender to provide training services to several government departments, serving over 100 civil servants. We also provided team-work training, risk management training and leadership skills training to over 70 corporates and organizations, serving 5,000 management personnel and frontline staff. 教會培訓臻訓中心與教會是伙伴關係, 以合作形式籌辦各項訓練及福音活動, 其中以歷奇福音營 退修營 青少年領袖訓練為最受歡迎的項目 此外, 中心亦與神學院合辦相關課程和歷奇體驗營會 是年度有 18 間教會邀請本會舉辦不同主題的營會, 包括歷奇福音營, 生命素質培訓, 青少年領袖訓練等主題營會, 服務人數逾 500 人 Church Training AH partners with churches to organize and provide various training and gospel activities. The most popular activities are adventure gospel camps, retreat camps and young leaders' training. Furthermore, AH also cooperates with seminaries to organize joint courses and adventure camps. 23 機構培訓本年度本會為 80 多間非政府機構提供多項訓練, 合作單位包括本港及國內社福單位 制服團隊 環保團體 慈善團體 地區團體等, 內容包括團隊訓練 領袖訓練 自信心訓練 技能訓練 交流活動等, 服務人數逾 3,000 人 Organizations & Associations Training This year, we have provided training programs such as teambuilding trainings, leadership trainings, self-confidence trainings, skills trainings and exchange programs to over 80 non-governmental organizations and associations (including social welfare service units, uniformed groups, environmental groups, charities, local organizations, etc) in Hong Kong and Mainland, serving more than 3,000 people. 訓練學校 Training School 位於大埔坪朗村的訓練學校為教會及分隊提供多元的集訓 退修及支援服務, 訓練學校全年租用日數為 120 日, 服務逾 1,000 人次 The Training School in Tai Po Ping Long Village has been used as a site for providing diversified trainings, retreats and supporting services to Churches & Companies. 24 社會工作服務 Social Work Service 本會社會工作部為中學提供個案輔導服務及學生成長活動 透過專業社工服務, 促進同學建立積極人生觀, 培養自信, 適應群體生活 ; 幫助他們學習解決學業 社交 情緒及其他個人成長等困難 ; 讓同學們能充份利用學習的機會, 發展個人潛能 Our Social Work Division (SWD) serves in secondary schools to provide casework services and student development activities to their students. The service provided by our professional social workers have facilitated students to build up positive thinking mindset and self-confidence and helped them to adapt to group life. These trainings aim at helping participants to learn to cope with difficulties caused by poor academic results, poor social skill, poor emotion-control ability and other personal growth related issue. These trainings aim also at helping students to develop their potential through different learning opportunities. 中學社工駐校服務學校社工部為九龍城區三所中學提供駐校服務 服務學校包括旅港開平商會中學 新亞中學及東華三院黃笏南中學, 學生人數約 2,760 人 本年度共處理 236 個個案 ; 其中與學業 / 學校有關的個案有上升之趨勢 除個案輔導外, 我們亦舉辦各類學生成長小組及活動 家長講座 親子溝通小組 Secondary School Stationing Services SWD has stationed social workers in three secondary schools in Kowloon City District, including Hoi Ping Chamber of Commerce Secondary School, New Asia Middle School and TWGHS Wong Fut Nam College, serving around 2,760 students. In aggregation, 236 cases were handled by SWD social workers this year, but we noticed that the number of cases related to school life or study arose. Apart from providing counseling services, we also held various student development workshops, parents seminars and parent-child communication groups. 幼稚園社工駐校服務本會自 2013 年 9 月起獲利希慎基金贊助在兩所幼稚園內進行 品格為本幼兒社會工作服務 計劃除了為幼稚園提供駐校社工服務外, 亦使用基督少年軍集隊模式推行幼兒品格課程, 課程內容獲中文大學成效研究實證為有效促進幼兒正面品格的成長, 本會已將其輯錄成一套三級的教材供各分隊參考使用 Kindergarten Stationing Services S i n c e S e p t e m b e r , a Character-Based Kindergarten Social Work Service has been in operation in two kindergartens under the sponsorship of the Lee Hysan Foundation. Besides providing inschool social service in kindergartens, toddler character building courses were also provided in the form of BB gathering. An efficacy study carried out by The Chinese University of Hong Kong proved that the course was effective in promoting positive character development among toddlers. 27 品格教育服務 Character Nurturing Service 臻品中心本會臻品中心是品格教育中心, 透過多元化的活動形式, 培育兒童及青少年, 建立優良品格 藉著服務學習活動及體驗教育活動, 推動兒童及青少年以具體行動關愛社群, 實踐基督的愛 透過 愛 家庭運動 推動和諧家庭訊息, 關懷家庭的心靈需要, 強化家庭的正面功能 此外, 臻品中心亦透過不同計劃如 物物交換計劃 及 健康四格漫畫創作大賽 等, 推動健康正面訊息 Stedfast House Our character building center, Steadfast House, is utilized as a place to help children and teenagers to become a better person through diversify activities. Through service learning and experiential activities, children and teenagers are given the opportunity to learn to serve with real action in the hope of cultivating their sense of caring, encouraging them to apply the love of Christ and enhancing their abilities to cooperate with the others. Stedfast House has launched the "Love Family Project" to the importance of harmonious families and to care about their spiritual needs and strengthen the positive function of families as a whole. Furthermore, Stedfast House promoted healthy and positive messages through activities such as Barter in the Community and Healthy Comic Strip Contest. 愛. 家庭運動 Love Family Project 本會一直非常重視青少年之品格培育, 近年更不斷推動家庭工作 本會連續第 4 年舉辦 愛 家庭運動, 銳意推動健康快樂的家庭文化, 亦透過重點活動 有品家庭選舉, 聯同 12 區家長教師會聯會及其他社福團體, 正面表揚各個有品家庭, 鼓勵處於逆境的家庭勇敢面對, 迎難而上 是年度共 23 個分隊及團體參與運動, 透過多元化的活動包括講座, 手工藝工作坊, 親子歷奇, 親子原野煮食等等, 宣揚家庭中的核心價值 愛與關懷 責任與專重 溝通與和諧, 服務總人次超過 6000 We always pay attention on helping teenagers to build up their character. In recent years, we have been promoting a family ministry. Our Stedfast House has organized the "Love Family Project" for 4 consecutive years to promote a happy-and-healthy family culture and honour families with integrity through our key event "Good Family Election". In collaboration with Federation of Parent-Teacher Associations of 12 districts and other social welfare organizations, families who have dealt with adversity in an outstanding manner were commended. The purpose is to encourage families facing adversity to solve their problems with courage. This year, 23 BB Companies and Organizations took part in this project. Through a variety of activities, including talks, art craft workshops, family adventurous activities, and parentchild wild cookery workshops, we promoted several core family values, such as Love and Care, Responsibility and Respect and Communication and Harmony. 28 Sharity 愛 共享社會服務 Sharity Social Service Project Sharity 愛 共享社會服務, 本著 走入社區 服務社群 見證基督 為目標, 推動年青人積極進入社群, 關心社會上不同弱勢的需要 參與是年度服務共有 31 個分隊及團體, 導師 隊員及義工超過 750 人, 透過多次探訪, 為全港不同地區約 500 名長者送上關懷和祝福 服務更獲 悟宿基金 慷慨資助, 為個別有需要長者贈送家庭電器用品 This is the 13th anniversary of the Sharity project. It promotes youth to enter the community and show their care for various disadvantaged groups based on the principle of reaching out to the community, serving various community groups and be a witness of Christ. These activities aim at letting our teenagers to know more and care more about people who are in need. This year, around 750 Officers, Brigaders and volunteers from 31 BB Companies and organizations participated in Sharity, sending love and blessing to around 500 elderlies all over Hong Kong through several visits. This project was sponsored by the Providence Foundation and the sponsorship was utilized on buying household electrical appliances for elderlies in need. 體驗教育活動 Experiential Educational Programmes 本會推行體驗教育活動 執紙皮換菠蘿包 深宵墟 劏房 天台屋面面觀, 讓學生親身參與及體驗, 以不同角度認識及關注社會環境及問題, 走進社區, 以行動實踐關懷與憐憫 是年度共舉辦 15 次活動, 超過 500 名兒童及青少年參與, 參與團體包括小學 中學 國際學校 社福團體 本會分隊及澳門分隊 We launched experiential educational programmes such as Earning a Sweet Bun by Cardboard-picking and Studying Midnight Market, Temporary Partition Units and Rooftop Structure from Different Perspectives. They are designed for students personal engagement and experience and to understand the social environment and its problems from different perspectives. By reaching out to the community, they showed their care and compassion through taking action. During the year, 15 programmes were organized for more than 500 children and young people. The participating parties include primary schools, secondary schools, international schools, social welfare organizations, BB Companies and BB Macau Companies. 26 The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

29 健康四格漫畫創作大賽 Healthy Comic Strip Contest 本會獲電影 報刊及物品管理辦事處撥款, 舉辦 健康四格漫畫創作大賽 2014/15, 目的為提高大眾對香港法例第 390 章 淫褻及不雅物品管制條例 的認識, 並以輕鬆活潑的手法提醒及鼓勵公眾遠離淫褻及不雅物品, 同時宣揚正面健康的生活態度 活動內容包括四格漫畫工作坊 商場推廣展覽 四格漫畫創作評審 頒獎典禮 得獎作品展覽 2014/15 Healthy Comic Strip Contest was funded by the Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration for the purpose of arousing public awareness of the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap 390, Laws of Hong Kong). The Contest looks at the ordinance in a light-hearted manner and advises people to stay away from obscene and indecent articles; it also promotes a positive and healthy attitude toward life. Activities included comic strip workshops; promotion exhibitions in shopping malls; assessment of entries, a prize presentation ceremony and exhibition of the awardwinning comic strips. 物物交換建社群 Barter in the Community 本會獲滙豐社區夥伴計劃資助, 舉辦 換意 以物易物計劃, 於九龍城區推動以物易物工作, 提升社區人士的環保意識, 學習珍惜資源 透過計劃, 動員青少年參與義務工作, 並凝聚家長及婦女建立溝通互助精神 此外, 計劃為物品提供平台, 重覓新主人, 延續生命週期, 減少堆田區廢物量 本會除於九龍城廣場開設以物易物實體店外, 更於九龍城區各大屋邨 教會 幼稚園 街坊福利會及公共場地進行共 47 次以物易物活動, 易物次數近 3000 次 'Barter Fun' was sponsored by the HSBC Community Partnership Programme and it was held in Kowloon City to promote bartering. The objective was to arouse the community s awareness of environmental protection and the need to cherish our resources. Through the Scheme, young people were encouraged to engage in volunteering, parents and women were brought together to promote communication and to foster a spirit of cooperation. The Scheme also provided a platform where new owners were found for pre-loved articles to prolong their useful life and reduce the amount of waste in landfills. Besides setting up a physical shop for bartering in Kowloon City Plaza, 47 barter activities were held in major housing estates, churches, kindergartens, kaifong welfare associations and public venues with nearly 3000 barter deals completed. 30 內地社工督導及機構顧問服務 Mainland Social Work Supervision Service 本會自 2008 年參與深圳計劃, 為內地社工提供專業督導服務 發展至今, 本會有 10 多位資深社工參與此計劃, 除了為前線社工提供督導服務, 更擔任機構顧問工作 另外, 亦與內地機構合作, 安排了不同的交流團及拓展活動, 服務領域包括團委 學校 殘疾 家庭 社區及司法等, 至今已合作的社會服務機構有 30 多間, 地點分別在深圳 中山及廣州 Since 2008, we have joined the Shenzhen Social Work Supervision Project to provide professional supervision services to local social workers. By 2015, we have sent more than 10 highly experienced social workers to take part in this project. Our social workers would supervise front line social workers in Shenzhen and act as consultants for these Shenzhen organizations. We have also worked with these Mainland organizations and organized various exchange tours and outreaching activities. The project has served more than 30 parties in Shenzhen, Zhongshan and Guangzhou, including Youth Leagues, schools, disabilities, families, communities and judicial parties. 擔任內地社工機構顧問及督導工作是年度本會派出多位資深社工前往內地多間社會工作服務機構提供專業社工督導服務, 服務地區包括深圳 東莞 廣州 番禺及中山等地, 並獲 深圳市寶安區尚德社會工作服務社 深圳市溫馨社工服務中心 深圳市慈善公益網 及 深圳市龍崗區百合社會事務服務中心 邀請成為其 機構顧問 此外, 本會與四間在內地督導的機構合作, 在深圳舉辦了第一屆讀寫障礙研討會, 有來自內地及香港的學者分享, 當天有 200 多名內地官員 機構主管及社工及家長參與 Consultation & Supervision Service for Mainland Social Service Organizations This year, we have sent several experienced social workers to numerous social service organizations in Mainland to provide professional supervision over their social service. We have extended our services to places like Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Panyu and Zhongshan, and are honored to be invited by 4 Mainland Social Service Organizations to act as their advisory body. Furthermore, we held our first conference in Shenzhen o n d y s l e x i a i n c o o p e r a t i o n with four Mainland supervisory o r g a n i z a t i o n s. I t w a s a n opportunity for sharing between Mainland and Hong Kong scholars. 31 環保回收服務 Waste Recovery Service 臻睦中心本會臻睦中心於 2011 年正式成立, 是一個由環境及 自然保育基金資助的廢料回收計劃, 並先後於土瓜灣 荃灣 葵涌及紅磡設立社區回收服務站, 目的為推行社區環保教育社區回收工作, 並鼓勵居民及少年軍成員, 在生活上實踐環保生活 服務站招募區內居民成為會員, 將家中的廢膠交到服務站, 按重量用以物易物形式換取物品 同時, 本中心更會定期到區內已設置回收筒的大廈回收家居廢膠, 從而達到保護環境及持續發展的目的 是年度本中心積極在社區推動 3R 生活 (Reduce 減少使用 Reuse 重覆使用 Recycle 循環再造 ), 並與不同的機構 學校 教會 企業成為合作夥伴, 為他們增設回收系統 提供回收服務 ; 回收的物品進行分類及回收, 將可用物品進行維修, 並轉贈給有需要的人士或機構使用, 從而達到保護環境及持續發展的目的 當中所有收益或捐款, 將用作機構培育兒童及青少年發展之用 Waste Recovery Centre Waste Recovery Centre, established at 2011, is part of the Waste Recycle Programme sponsored by the Environment and Conversation Fund. Through this programme, we have now set up recycle service centres at Tokwawan, Tsuen Wan, Kwai Chung and Hunghom aiming at promoting the environmental protection concept and the importancy of recycle in our society. This programme also encourages local residents and BB members to reuse, reduce and recycle in their daily life. We invite local and nearby residents to become members of our service centres, which they can trade their waste plastic for household supplies. Moreover, staff of our centres will regularly visit buildings with recycle bins to collect waste plastic, so as to protect our environment and ensure a sustainable development in the district. This Year, the Waste Recovery Centre has, as usual, encouraged people to live a "3R Life" (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), and has worked with different organizations, schools, churches and enterprises to help set up their recycle systems and provide recycle services. We separate things we collected and repair the useful stuff to pass them on to people or organizations in needs, so as to protect our environment and achieve sustainable development. 32 事工紀要 Events Highlight 55 週年活動回顧 Highlight of 55th Anniversary Programmes 55 週年活動啟動禮暨臻訓中心 5 週年感恩禮 (2014 年 2 月 15 日 ) The Kick-off Ceremony of 55th Anniversary Programmes cum The 5th Anniversary of Anchor House (15 February 2014) 典禮於馬灣挪亞方舟跨越奇園舉行, 除啟動 55 週年一連串精彩活動 外, 也慶祝本會臻訓中心成立 5 週年, 共 750 人出席是次活動, 當中包括 600 名少年軍成員及 150 名來賓 典禮後特設少年軍開放日, 讓參加者進行高空 繩網體驗 手語步操 營藝 繩藝及軍樂體驗, 亦特設基督少年軍歷史長 廊, 讓參加者了解基督少年軍發展歷史 The ceremony was held on the Adventure Land of the Noah's Ark. Apart from kicking off of the 55th Anniversary Celebration Programmes, we also celebrated for the 5th Anniversary of the Anchor House. A total of 750 people, including 600 BB members and 150 guests, shared the joy together. A BB Open Day was organized after the ceremony, to let our guests have a taste of high rope course, camping and knotting, and enjoy the performance of the sign language foot-drill team and BB Band. We had also set up a BB History Gallery to let our guests know more about the develpoment of BB 年創辦人紀念日大會操暨感恩崇拜 (2014 年 10 月 26 日 ) Founder s Day Parade and Thanksgiving Service 2014 (26 Oct 2014) 是項盛事假小西灣運動場舉行, 本會非常榮幸邀請了政務司司長林鄭月娥女士, GBS, JP 擔任檢閱官, 及本會會長李炳光牧師 SBS 擔任感恩崇拜講員 當天接受檢閱的導師及隊員超過 1,600 人, 總入場人數超過 6,500 人, 當中包括 120 支分隊 家長及嘉賓 本會亦於會操後向導師及隊員頒發勳章及獎章 This annual event was successfully held at Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground. We were honored to have Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, GBS, JP, the Chief Secretary for Administration to be our inspector; and Rev. Dr. LI Ping-kwong, SBS, our Brigade President, to share the Bible message with us. Over 1,600 members were inspected and over 6,500 Officers, Brigaders and Parents from 120 Companies participated in the event. We also presented award medals and badges to our committed Officers and our outstanding Brigaders after the Parade. 55 週年國際營 (2014 年 12 月 30 日至 2015 年 1 月 2 日 ) 55 th Anniversary International Camp (30 Dec Jan 2015) 五年舉辦一次的國際營吸引了 800 位本地和海外基督少年軍成員參與, 營會於烏溪沙青年新村舉行 是次營會主題為 : 同心邁步 作鹽作光, 於元旦舉行開放日, 服侍超過 1,000 名長者 幼稚園生 智障人士 體障人士及南亞裔人士, 期望隊員透過服侍社群, 實踐基督徒應有的精神 This once-every-5-years event attracted over 800 local and overseas BB members to take part in it. The Camp was organized in Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village, the theme is One Step Together, Be the Salt & Light. During Open Day on New Year's Day, more than 1,000 elderly, kindergarten students, mentally and physically handicapped, and South Asian ethnic groups were served. 33 青年對談與立法會主席對談 (2014 年 7 月 19 日 ) Youth Forum Conversation with President of the Legislative Council (19 July 2014) 是次對談活動的目的是提升青少年對香港及社會的認識, 鼓 勵他們關心社會 對談活動假香港兆基創意書院舉行, 並邀得立法 會主席曾鈺成議員, GBM, GBS, JP 擔任嘉賓, 與超過 100 位青年分 享他對現時學制的看法 夢想的見解及對制服團體政策的建議 The "Youth Forum" aims to increase young people s knowledge about Hong Kong society and encourage them to care about their society. It was held at the HKICC Lee Shau Kee School of Creativity with Mr. Jasper TSANG Yok-sing, GBM, GBS, JP, President of the Legislative Council, as guest of honor. Mr. TSANG shared with more than 100 young people his opinions about the current academic structure, his views about dreams and advice on the Uniformed Group policy. 55 週年感恩祟拜 (2014 年 7 月 13 日 ) 55 th Anniversary Thanksgiving Service (13 July 2014) 感恩崇拜假循道衛理聯合教會香港堂舉行, 並邀得本會副會長袁天佑牧師證道, 超過 130 人出席, 同頌主恩 基督少年軍同行者在聚會中一同牽手敬拜, 彼此支持鼓勵, 立志未來繼續一同努力服侍 The Thanksgiving Service was held at the Chinese Methodist Church with sermon given by Rev. YUEN Tin-yau, our Brigade Vice-President. Over 130 members attended the service and praised God for His Grace. At the service, companions of The Boys Brigade held hands duning worship. Matters including work reports, future plans, financial reports and budgets were discussed and endorsed. 5 new Executive Committee members for years were elected during the meeting. 34 年步操比賽 (2014 年 9 月 21 日 ) Foot Drill Competition (21 Sep 2014) 是年度步操比賽假東涌靈糧堂舉行, 共有 19 支分隊參與主席 盃及會長盃比賽, 接近 400 人到場觀賞 是次比賽賽果請參閱第 48 頁 The Foot Drill Competition was held in Tung Chung Ling Liang Church. 19 Companies participated in the Chairperson s Cup and President s Cup competitions, with nearly 400 people came to watch the competition. For the result of the competition, please refer to page 年總部分隊聯合立願禮 (2014 年 9 月 28 日 ) Joint Enrolment Service of HQ Companies 2014 (28 Sep 2014) 活動假民生書院進行檢閱禮, 並在基督教九龍城潮人生命堂進行立願禮暨感恩崇拜, 會牧吳振智牧師為 4 支總部分隊 ( 輔助隊 軍樂隊 儀仗隊及見習導師分隊 ) 主持立願禮, 檢閱官為訓練委員會主席黃定康校長, 當日約 190 人出席活動 The Honor Ceremony was held at Munsang College with Enrolment and Thanksgiving Service held at the Kowloon City Swatow Christian Church. Our Brigade Chaplain Rev. Dr. NG Chun-chi officiated the Enrolment Service of the four HQ Companies (Auxiliary Unit, Band, Ceremonial Company and Officer Cadet Company), with Principal WONG Ting-hong, Chairperson of the Training Committee as the Inspector. About 190 persons participated in the event. 小綿羊 幼兒制服團隊成效研究發佈會 (2014 年 12 月 13 日 ) Evaluation Research on Anchor Lamb Child Uniformed Group Service Press Conference (13 Dec 2014) 本會蒙利希慎基金贊助, 於兩間幼稚園推行 品格為本幼稚園學校社會工作服務, 並委託香港中文大學就服務進行成效研究 研究結果顯示成效非常正面, 接受 小綿羊 訓練的幼兒在靈性發展方面顯著高於沒有接受小綿羊訓練的幼兒, 而宗教靈性有利於品格的發展 "The Character-Based Kindergarten Social Work Service", sponsored by the Lee Hysan Foundation, was launched in two kindergartens. We commissioned The Chinese University of Hong Kong to conduct an effectiveness study. The results of research indicate, the spiritual development of children who join the project is significantly better than those who do not. The regression analysis between character and spiritual development indicates that the spiritual development promotes and enhances character development. 32 The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

35 福音活動及社會服務 Gospel Activities & Social Services 讀經運動 (2014 年 5 月 24 日 ) Bible Reader Scheme (24 May 2014) 此活動乃與香港讀經會合作, 目的為鼓勵初級組及中級組持續閱讀聖經, 共 17 支分隊參與 並於 2014 年 5 月 24 日舉行聖經問答比賽, 共 11 支分隊參與 是次比賽結果請參閱第 48 頁 This activity was jointly organized by our organization and the Scripture Union of Hong Kong so as to encourage regular bible reading among Junior Section and Company Section, 17 Companies joined this scheme. 11 Companies took part in a Bible Quiz on 24th May For the result of the competition, please refer to page 48. 五四升旗禮 (2014 年 5 月 4 日 ) 5 4 Flag Raising Ceremony (4 May 2014) 本會派出 3 名導師及 19 隊員參與列隊操及護旗隊, 讓社會人士見證青年人的朝氣及潛能 We sent 3 Officers and 19 Brigaders to join the parade and perform the duty of Guards of Honour in the event, so that the citizens can witness the vigor and potential of young people. 七一升旗禮 (2014 年 7 月 1 日 ) 7 1 Flag Raising Ceremony (1 July 2014) 本會應民政事務局的邀請出席 香港回歸十七週年 升旗禮, 活動約 80 人參與 We were invited by the Home Affairs Bureau to participate in the Flag Raising Ceremony for HKSAR 17th Anniversary. Around 80 members joined the event. 伙伴及資源拓展 Partnership & Resource Development 穌 WE WALK 步行籌款 2014 (2014 年 11 月 29 日 ) Walkathon 2014 (29 November 2014) 籌款活動 Fundraising Activities 穌 WE WALK 步行籌款超過 1000 人參與, 除了做善事, 亦藉此機會讓參加者與家人朋友漫步馬鞍山海濱長廊, 欣賞怡人景致 本會特別以耶穌生平為主題設計了 5 個檢查點, 藉此增加參加者對信仰的認識, 是次活動為本會籌募善款超過 30 萬港元 The Walkathon drew over 1000 participants. Besides raising funds for charity purpose, the event also provided an opportunity for participants to stroll along the Ma On Shan Waterfront Promenade with their families and friends and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Five checkpoints were designed with Christ s life as theme to expand the participants religious knowledge. The event raised more than HK$300,000 for us. Annual Report 年報 33

36 新年利是十分一 (2014 年 2 月 ) One-Tenth of Red Packet Donation (Feb 2015) 我們鼓勵隊員捐出新年利是的十分之一, 並教導隊員樂意奉獻的心, 此活動共 23 支分隊參與, 參與人數約 100 人, 共籌得善款約 2 萬港元 We encouraged Brigaders to donate one-tenth of their red packet money and teach them to be cheerful givers. 23 Companies with around 100 members participated in the event, raising over HK$20,000. 傳媒報導 Media Coverage 新報基督少年軍專欄 Special Column in Hong Kong Daily News for The Boys Brigade (BB) 本會與新報合作, 刊載超過 25 篇基督少年軍故事, 期望藉著故事讓公眾增加對本會的認識, 亦祝福每一位讀者 We cooperated with Hong Kong Daily News to publish more than 25 BB stories. 37 飛利浦協作計劃 Collaboration with Philips Hong Kong 本會於 2015 年 3 月與飛利浦電子香港有限公司 ( 簡稱飛利浦 ) 合作, 進行了 小小實習生 --- 妙想義工日 合作計劃, 飛利浦負責統籌計劃, 本會派出初級組隊員, 與導師分成不同小隊, 探訪不同對象 ( 包括獨居長者及體障人士 ), 小隊員需因應對象的需要, 討論對他們適切的探訪內容及禮物 是次合作非常成功, 小隊員樂在其中, 並且得益良多 We collaborated with Philips Hong Kong for a charity project and Philips Hong Kong was responsible for the coordination. Our Officers and Junior Section Brigaders we sent were split into several groups to visit different target groups (including elderlies living alone and those who are disabled). In response to the people needs, Brigaders had to first discuss what visit contents are appropriate and what kind of gifts they would like to send before visiting them. The Brigaders enjoyed the volunteer work and learnd much from it. 社會企業 Social Enterprises 本會近年致力發展社會企業項目, 為青少年提供職位, 讓他們可以發揮本身的潛能 同時, 亦開設合適的在職培訓, 提升年青人的工作能力及建立對工作的熱誠, 鼓勵他們探索自己 In recent years, we have been actively pursuing social enterprise projects. On one hand, it provides jobs to young people so they could develop their potential. On the other hand, appropriate on-the-job training is provided to increase their competency, develop their passion for work and encourage self-exploration. 想創里 Dream Walker 歷奇項目策劃 Adventurous Event Scheme 想創里 歷奇項目策劃是臻訓中心轄下的社會企業項目, 為不同層面的客戶籌辦及製作多元化的歷奇體驗活動, 當中包括 : 團隊競技 海陸戶外體驗 低結構繩網 馬灣導賞 定向遊蹤 及其他學習經歷等等 本年度 想創里 與彩虹基金合作, 精心設計名為 綠色革命 的環保教育項目, 讓全港超過 5,000 名中 小學生在活動中學習保護環境 The "Dream Walker" adventurous event scheme is a social enterprise project for teenagers organized by the Anchor House, providing different types of adventurous events for clients from all social aspects. Those events may include team-building tournaments, outdoor experiences over land and sea, low rope courses, Ma Wan guided tours, orientation tours, and other learning experiences. During the year, "Dream Walker" joined hands with the Rainbow Foundation and launched "Green Revolution", a carefully designed education programme on environmental protection. More than 5,000 primary and secondary school students took part in the activities and learned how to protect the environment. B-net 節目活動及項目策劃 B-net Festive Activities and Event Management 本會獲 伙伴倡自強 社區協作計劃撥款資助成立社企 B-net, 為客戶提供節日活動及項目策劃服務 B-net 透過動員青少年的參與, 輔以本會訓練員的專業知識, 為商界員工及團體度身訂造具特色的大型活動項目及康樂消閒活動 We established B-net with funds from the "Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme". B-net is a social enterprise which provides planning services for festive activities and projects. By encouraging youth participation and leveraging on the expertise of BB Trainers, B-net plans customized large-scaled projects and recreational activities for business communities and organizations. 45 委員會及工作小組報告 Reports from the Committees and Working Groups 分隊工作事務 分隊工作委員會 ( 下稱分工會 ) 於是年度集中檢視幼級組, 並以問卷收集意見 同時, 委員完成制訂婚禮指引文件, 並獲執委會通過 為了更有效保留本地基督少年軍的歷史文物, 執委會通過成立文物小組, 期望能加強年青隊員對少年軍歷史的認識和歸屬感 Company Work Affairs This year, the Company Work Committee ( CWC) reviewed the development of Pre- Junior Section by inviting Officers to take part in questionnaires. At the same time, CWC had finished drafting the guideline over wedding etiquette, which, by now, was already approved by the Executive Committee. In order to preserve BB s (Boys Brigade) heritage more effectively, the Executive Committee set up the Heritage Group in the hope of enhancing young Brigaders knowledge of BB s history and their sense of belonging. 訓練事宜 訓練委員會 ( 訓委會 ) 曾檢討導師基本訓導課程之步操課, 亦跟進步操書修訂的意見 另外, 委員正修訂基督教教育章訓練大綱, 期望更能切合隊員的需要 未來, 委員會將探討對有特殊學習需要的隊員於訓練及評核方面提供協助 Training Issues The Training Committee (TC) reviewed the syllabus of the foot drill course of OBTC, and had taken into consideration of the opinions over the revision of the Foot Drill Book. Besides, TC is now revising the syllabus of the Christian Education Badge training to better meet with the needs of Brigaders. In the future, the Committee will explore methods to provide assistance to Brigaders with special learning and evaluation requirements. 社會服務 社會服務委員會 ( 下稱社委會 ) 負責督導臻訓中心 臻品中心和社工部的發展方向和策略 本年度繼續開拓環保教育 鞏固家庭價值和推廣服務社區的精神 另試行幼稚園社工駐校服務及完成幼兒品德教育教材, 並與大學合作研究其成效 Social Services The Social Services Committee (SSC) is responsible for supervising the development directions and strategy of Anchor House, Stedfast House and Social Work Division. This year, SSC has continued to focus on developing environmental protection education, consolidating family value and promoting the spirit of serving the society. A pilot in-school social service project in kindergartens was launched and teaching kit for moral character building was completed. Their efficacies were studied in collaboration with the University. 46 國際及內地事工 國際及內地事工委員會 ( 下稱國委會 ) 繼續加強對澳門基督少年軍的支援, 除了派出同工列席其執委會, 亦成功協助他們申請當地基金拓展服務 委員亦積極跟進於深圳以基督少年軍訓練模式服侍青少年, 並成功協助成立兩支分隊 此外, 委員會繼續舉辦或推動分隊參加多項國際及內地交流活動 International and Mainland Ministry The International and Mainland Relations Committee (IRC) has continued to render support to The Boys Brigade, Macau. Apart from sending one of our staff to sit in the meetings of their Executive Committee, we assisted them to apply for a local funding for their expansion and development successfully. IRC dedicated to follow up on how to serve youths in Shenzhen with BB methods and helped setting up two Companies already. Moreover, IRC will continue to hold or promote international and Mainland exchange programmes for Companies. 財政事務 財務委員會就本會財政狀況作監控和計劃, 並積極探討各項投資儲蓄計劃, 確保健康理財 Financial Affairs The financial condition of BBHK is being monitored and carefully calculated by the Finance Committee, which has diligently researched into various investment and saving schemes so as to ensure that our financial situation is healthy. 新會址的探討進程 原定於去年購買一個商業大廈雙連單位, 後因業主改變主意而終止購買計劃 執行委員會將繼續物色市區物業作本會發展之用 The Progress on New Headquarter Project During the year, we had planned to purchase two adjoining units in a commercial building, but the plan was aborted because the owner changed his mind. The Executive Committee will continue to look for an appropriate property in the urban area for BB s operational needs. 香港基督少年軍之友報告 Report from Stedfast Association, Hong Kong 香港基督少年軍之友 ( 下稱少友 ) 週年會員大會於 2014 年 12 月 1 日假稻香舉行 少友一直在支援基督少年軍工作上不遺餘力, 於是年度捐助 $105,346 予基督少年軍, 以舒緩其財政壓力 此外, 少友於是年度共頒發 26 個獎學金予各成績優異或經濟上有需要的少年軍隊員, 金額合共 $37,600 精品廊推出不少新產品, 包括運動毛巾 文件夾 水樽及運動背心等 總括而言, 少友整體財政狀況理想, 總收入扣除所有開支, 純利共約六萬港元 The Stedfast Association, Hong Kong (SAHK) held its Annual General Meeting on 1 December 2014 at Tao Heung Restaurant. As always, SAHK spared no effort to support BBHK s work. This year, SAHK donated $105,346 to BBHK for easing our financial pressure. In addition, SAHK awarded 26 scholarships with a total amount of HK$37,600 to Brigaders with outstanding school results or with financial needs. BB Shop has launched a number of new products, including dry-fit towel, document file, water bottle and dry-fit vest etc. Generally speaking, SAHK s overall financial condition is satisfying. After deducting all expenditures from the total income, the net profit was approximately HK$60, The Boys' Brigade, Hong Kong

47 職員培訓及團隊活動 Staff Development and Team-Building Activities 在職培訓津助 本會鼓勵同工積極參與在職培訓, 並提供時間及金錢津助, 以加強同工的專業及服務水平 本年度共有 69 人次申請津助參與 25 項培訓活動, 為時共 小時 Subsidy on Staff Development We have made every effort to encourage our staff to take up on-the-job trainings by offering time allowance and financial subsidy, so as to enhance their professionalism and upgrade their service standard. The content included interactive games, organization history and sharing of feelings new job. We have arranged 3 workshops in this year for 25 staff from different departments. We also arranged a Company visit to the 272nd Company (Organizing Unit: Hong Kong Evangelical Church Yan Yau Church), all new staff are needed to attend the Officers Basic Training Course Module One in order to understand more about organization history and the operation of the companies. The Staff booster station was created to provide snacks and soup regularly to boost Staff s sense of belonging and work efficiency. 資訊發放 本會自行開發了一個資訊平台 BBTV, 以發放總部及各分區的最新資訊 同時亦可顯示各房間的使用狀況及當值同工等資訊 Transmission of Information We have developed BBTV, an information platform for transmission of the latest information about Headquarters and various districts. The use of venues and information such as Staff on duty are also available on the platform. 伺服器監控系統 本會自行開發了一個溫度監控系統, 主要監控土瓜灣總部及馬灣臻訓中心的伺服器房間 系統可顯示即時及過去的溫度變化, 當偵察到有不正常變化時, 系統會發出警報及通知管理員以作出跟進, 以保障的伺服器及其數據得到妥善保護 Server Monitoring System We have developed a temperature monitoring system mainly for monitoring server rooms in the Headquarters in Tokwawan and Anchor House in Ma Wan. The system shows real-time and past temperature changes. On detection of abnormal changes, the system will raise the alarm and notify the caretaker for follow-up action so as to properly protect the server and the data stored. 閉路電視監察系統 本會在土瓜灣總部安裝了二十四小時閉路電視監察系統 以確保各職員 導師 學員及其他進出本會之人士的安全 亦可避免昂貴的器材因被竊而招致損失 系統所攝錄的影像只作保安用途, 只有經受權的人士才可檢視 CCTV Monitoring System A 24-hour CCTV monitoring system was installed in our Tokwawan Headquarters to ensure the safety of all Staff, Officers, learners and BB visitors. This measure can also prevent theft of expensive equipment. The images are restricted for security purpose, and the access is only for authorized persons. 回收及重用 本會從各渠道回收電腦及設備, 把有用的資源重新組裝循環再用, 為環保出分力, 亦可減輕購買電腦的成本 Recycle and Reuse We have collected computers and hardwares from all sources and have reassembled the useful parts for reusing.
