12 English Abstracts Rev iew of 30 Y ears of S ino - Afr ican Rela tion s Stud ies in Ch ina L i A nshan pp15-15 In the latest 30 years of studies of Chinese Scholars on Sino - African relations show: the origin of studies on Sino - African relations, main Achieve2 ments of the studies, references m aterials, normal and internal publications and etc. The achievements about the studies on ancient transportation history ( including histories of African Chinese and overseas Chinese) between China and Africa are abundant. Chinese Studies on contemporary African studies still face w ith great challengers for the reasons of rap id developm ent of Sino - African cooperation and strong reflection from west on Sino - African relations. Chinese Scholars should p romote and imp rove the equality of studies on Africa. The author exp resses his op tim istic future on studies of Sino - African relations w ith the new development of cooperations between China and Africa. An Ana lysis on Influence of W orld F inanc ia l Cr isis towards the M idea st Econom y A n W eihua pp The Current Financial Crisis has exerted trem endous and fierce influences on the economy in the M iddle East. The sharp decline of oil and corresponding revenues as international and financial incomes will make strong shake on econom ic growth in short time. The first countries to be affected will be oil export countries and those have close relations w ith west financial bodies. The M iddle countries have p roper capabilities to resist financial crisis for carrying out such m easures like reduction of oil output in order to maintain high p rice and adop ting financial investment to stim ulate economy. The Function of Soc ia l Partic ipa tion of Islam Culture L iu Yueqin pp W ith its solid social feature and its religious service to take part in political, econom ic and cultural life, Islam culture has its special social participation function, so that it p lays important role in building and regulating social orders. Religious culture becomes the main elements of Islam ic socie2 ty, and it brings positive p lay in Moslem s religious and secular lives. Religious service is not only one life style of Moslem but also one solid social life order. Islam society has formulated all kinds of stereoscop ic ways of religion managem ent through any tim e, space and human beings. The core of religious service is a kind of chains of peop le, and religious life formulates a social life spaceand everyone can t leave the life round of the space, and everyone is also a participant of the social religious activity. 79
