The professional development of knowledge-based economic and civil human resource Hai-Ching,Lin Abstract The 21 st century is facing a new economic time, which is knowledge-based. Knowledge and creativity is the main stream in this time. The private or civil departments in every country are beating their brains for the challenge. The civil human resource is not only the promoter of the administration renewal but also the base for competition. When facing the knowledge-based economic society, how to get rid of the traditional thoughts and ways and establish a mechanism that searching for professional development continuously is the important task to the new generation of civil service administrator. The main purpose of this article is to discuss how to promote the professional development of civil service administrator and tries to propose some strategies for your attention and discussion.
