The Graded Ch inese Syllables, Characters and W ords is intended to be used as a national standard for global Chinese teaching. It advocates that Chinese global education should be popularized, sp read extensively and in conform 2 ity w ith the p ractical needs, and tries to crack the hardness of learning Chinese.
