登入 EndNote Web 使用者在 ISI Web of Knowledge 平台登入個人帳號密碼後, 即可點選 My EndNote Web 進入使用 個人文獻資料進入 EndNote Web 後在 My References 頁面可看到已建立的書目資料,EndNote Web 與 ISI Web of Knowledge 結合, 每一筆由 ISI Web of Knowledge 資料庫中匯入的文獻, 皆可透過 Source Record 的連結, 直接進入資料庫觀看其詳細書目資料 另外使用者可依個人需求, 將書目資料做分類群組整理, 頁面左邊的區塊即為分類瀏覽的功能 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 2
建立 EndNote Web 中的參考文獻 自行建立參考文獻 1. 點選 Collect New Reference 2. 紅色星號為必填之欄位 3. 作者欄位輸入時請以姓在前名在後的形式輸入, 如有二位以上的作者, 請以分號分隔 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 3
將 Web of Science 的書目記錄匯入 EndNote Web 選取需要的文獻後, 點選 Save to EndNote Web, 即可將書目資料匯入至 EndNote Web 中 ( 如要使用此功能, 用戶需訂購 Web of Science 資料庫 ) 將其他資料庫的文獻匯入 EndNote Web 1. 如需將其他資料庫 (ex. Pubmed) 或其他書目管理軟體 (ex. Refwork) 的文獻匯入至 EndNote Web, 可利用 Collect Import References 功能 2. 如上圖例所示, 如查找 Pubmed 資料庫, 請先將所需的文獻資料儲存成純文字檔案 (.txt) 後, 在 Import References 頁面中,File 欄位中選取此一純文字檔 3. 接著在 Filter 下拉選單中, 選取相對應的格式, 如欲匯入 Pubmed 的資料, 則選擇 Pubmed 的格式, 點選 Import 後即可匯入成功 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 4
管理 EndNote Web 中的參考文獻 建立群組與分享群組中的參考文獻 1. 點選 Organize Manage My Groups 2. 點選 New Group 可建立新的群組 3. 如欲與他人分享群組中的文獻, 可勾選 Share 的方框, 點選後方的 Manage Sharing, 會開啟下列視窗, 輸入其他使用者之帳號後, 可將群組中的參考文獻與他人分享 4. 同時可設定共用此群組中的其他使用者的讀寫權限 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 5
比對重複的文獻利用 Organize Find Duplicates 功能,EndNote Web 可比對出重複的書目資料, 如欲刪除, 可勾選要刪除的文獻後再點選 Delete 刪去 查找 EndNote Web 中的參考文獻在 My Reference 頁面中, 利用 Quick Search 功能, 輸入檢索詞後, 可查找存放在 EndNote Web 中的文獻 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 6
引用 EndNote Web 中的參考文獻 開始撰寫您的論文和插入引用文獻 1. 如欲使用 EndNote Web 的撰寫功能, 請先點選 Format, 下載安裝 Cite While You Write Plugin 2. 輸入您欲撰寫的文章內容, 例如 : The study of protein-protein interactions is essential to define the molecular networks that contribute to maintain homeostasis of an organism's body functions. 現在準備插入參考文獻 3. 從 Word 工具選單 選擇 EndNote Web 選擇 Find Citation(s) Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 7
4. 接著跳出 EndNote Web Find Citations 視窗 在 Find 後的空格中輸入 Cancer, 點選 Search, EndNote Web 會先要求輸入個人帳號及密碼, 登入後即自動找出符合該條件的參考文獻 利用下方的預覽視窗可確定該筆參考文獻是否符合您的需求 5. 確認無誤後將該筆文獻反白, 點選 Insert 可在文章內文中插入該筆參考文獻 EndNote Web 不僅插入引用文獻, 同時會產生目前所選擇的書目格式, 也會在文章末端產生參考書目列表 您的文件將呈現如下圖所示 : 注意 : 您也可以在註腳插入引用文獻 第一步, 使用恰當的 Word 指令建立註腳,EndNote 會依照現有選擇 Style 格式化 您必須要選擇包含註腳的格式, 例如 :Chicago 15th A. 選擇書目格式 您可以多次變更您的引用文獻和書目, 每次改變不同的參考書目格式 選擇要輸出的書目格式 1. 從 Word 工具選單 選擇 EndNote Web 選擇 Format Bibliography Format Bibliography 對話視窗出現後, 您可以在 output style 下拉選單中, 選擇欲輸出的書目格式 格式將包含引文文獻和書目 2. 在此範例中, 選擇 APA 5th 格式 3. 在 Format Bibliography 對話視窗中點選確定,EndNote Web 將會自動將現有的引用文獻和書目重新產生成 APA 5th 格式 如果您想改變輸出格式, 再一次選擇 Format Bibliography 指令即可 EndNote Web 將會依照您所改變的格式重新產生文中的引用文獻, 和一個新的書目列表 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 9
編輯引用文獻 如果想個別改變引用文獻, 則是使用 Edit Citation 指令 對於一些書目格式, 多數的參考文獻是以 Author, Date 格式呈現, 但若作者名字被提及在文章內, 則可下指令命令作者名字不會重複在引用文獻內 假設在我們的範例中, 在文章內提到 Sam, 所以我們移除這個引用文獻作者名字 編輯個別引用文獻 1. 將滑鼠點選在 Sam 引用文獻上 2. 從 Word 工具選單 選擇 EndNote Web 選擇 Edit Citation, 即出現下列畫面 3. 在 Formation Citation 中勾選 Exclude author 4. 點選 OK 更新 Word 中的引用文獻 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 10
刪除不需引用的文獻 1. 如文章經過修改後, 想刪除原本引用的文獻, 同樣可從 Word 工具選單 選擇 EndNote Web 選擇 Edit Citation 2. 選取需刪除的文獻後, 點選右邊的 Remove, 即可刪除 Word 中此筆引用文獻 移除參數 1. 文章完成後, 從 Word 檔案 儲存檔案, 即可儲存該篇具有 EndNote Web 參數文章 2. 如要移除參數, 從 Word 中的工具選單 EndNote Web Remove Field Codes 接著出現是否要儲存具有 EndNote 參數檔案的對話框 儲存完畢後會跳出不具 EndNote Web 參數的 Word 檔, 即移除完畢 Journal Citation Reports on the Web 4.0 11
