SUMMARIES Corruption Factor in Ukrainian Political Stability Zhang Hong Corruption has plagued Ukrainian political transition it is a key factor influencing country s political stability as well. Three reasons resulted in rampant corruption in Ukraine the absence of institution leads to political corruption bureaucratic culture caused system corruption and economic oligarchy leads to the proliferation of rent - seeking. Corruption has left negative impression in Ukrainian politics low legitimacy of government continuous street politics and provoking governance crisis of state. Customs Union Factor in Ukrainian Crisis Jiao Yiqiang Recently domestic and foreign academies have analysed the reasons of the crisis in Ukraine from multi - dimensions. The research on Russia - Belarus - Kazakhstan Customs Union the very important factor relating to the crisis in Ukraine is limited. However researchers from Russia and Ukraine paid more attentions to the Customs Union. In a certain sense the Ukrainian crisis resulted from the relationship between Ukraine and the Customs Union directly. And economic factors led to the deterioration of domestic political relations in Ukraine.
