MACRO ECONOMY AND MICRO OPERATION * The Basic Connotation and Policy Suggestions on the Structural Reform of Agricultural Supply Side : ; 100872 Kong Xiangzhi Abstract: The field of agriculture of supply side reforms mainly includes three aspects: one is through the reform of the land system to form new agricultural business entities which is adapt to the requirements of the market economy and vibrant the focus is to determine the ownership of rural land contract and management rights reform of rural collective construction land rural residential land system reform and land requisition system reform. Second is through structural adjustment to achieve cost reduction and short board in agricultural fields including the structural adjustment of agricultural operation through the reform to form high efficiency of new agricultural enterprises and new agricultural social service system; adjust the structure of agricultural production to set up the food and land values promotion of food crop economic crop forage ternary planting structure coordinated development promote the integration and interaction of primary secondary and tertiary industries make full use of two resources and two markets of domestic and international. Three is through the grain price system and the subsidy system reform to form food industry with international competitiveness straighten out the grain price mechanism design and price of grain subsidy policy and establish new food security view.
