His work experience include state owned enterprises, Hong Kong enterprises, European enterprises and private enterprises, and worked as engineers, managers and senior EHS consultant. Tom is now China safety manager in a US enterprises. Tom began contact with BBS in 2004, and launched a BBS project in the company in early After the the implementation of the BBS project, the company has achieved the safety performance of non work days lost. Tom took part in Zhongshan Lingnan (University) College and the Massachusetts Sloan School of joint international MBA courses in 2004, and graduated in His thesis is Behavior Based Safety management system.
