1 微生物学通报 Microbiology China May 20, 2016, 43(5): DOI: /j.microbiol.china 研究报告不同光照强度对小球藻生长的影响 1 徐慧 1* 纪道斌 1 崔玉洁 1 龙良红 2 刘德富 ( ) ( ) 摘要 : 目的优化小球藻的培养与提高资源化利用效率, 得到不同光照强度对小球藻生长的影响规律方法通过室内控制实验, 设置 lx 共 6 组光照强度, 在温度为 20 C 和曝气强度为 20% 的条件下, 采用 BG-11 培养基培养小球藻 (Chorella vulgaris) 至稳定生长, 研究不同光照强度对小球藻生长的影响, 建立光照强度与最大光密度 OD max 最大比增长率 μ max 之间的抛物回归曲线结果不同光照强度下, 小球藻生长差异较大, 培养初期叶绿素 a 浓度迅速增加直至峰值, 后期迅速降低, 其中 lx 强度下小球藻生长最好藻类生长对溶解性总磷的消耗比溶解性总氮更大结论光照强度 (x) 与 OD max 的拟合方程为 :OD max = 1E 07x x (R 2 = ,0 x lx), 光照强度 (x) 与 μ max 的拟合方程为 :μ max = 2E 08x x (R 2 = ,0 x lx) 关键词 : 光照强度, 小球藻, 比增长率, 抛物回归曲线 Effects of different light intensity on the growth of Chorella vulgaris XU Hui 1 JI Dao-Bin 1* CUI Yu-Jie 1 LONG Liang-Hong 1 LIU De-Fu 2 (1. The study aimed to discuss the effect of varying light intensity (0, 1 000, 3 000, 5 500, 7 000, lx) on the growth of Chorella vulgaris. Parabolic regression curves between light intensity and the maximum optical density (OD max ) and the maximum growth rate (μ max ) were created. [Results] The growth rates varied different in different light intensity, and the chlorophyll a concentrations increased in the initial time until reached the maximum value and then decreased dramatically. The intensity of lx was most suitable for the Chorella vulgaris growth. The demand of phosphorus of algal growth was greater than the nitrogen. [Conclusion] The mathematical relationships between light intensity and OD max, μ max simulated by cubic curve equation were shown as follows: OD max = 1E 07x x (R 2 =0.9872, 0 x lx), μ max = 2E 08x x (R 2 = , 0 x lx).
