Roll-forming technology Roll-forming technology was developed on the basis of simple idea that rolling products should be produced while being rolled. This is a technology of plastic deformation by applying lateral force to the material under rotation. This method enhances material strength and durability and thus contributes to weight reduction, cost reduction, accuracy improvement, etc. Our production method does not generate metal cutting chips and uses the circulating filtration method for process oil, and is therefore environmentally friendly. Furthermore, to realize high-performace roll-forming technology, we develop our forming machines internally, based on the idea that original products should be manufactured by original equipment. Press-forming Cost Reduction Weight Reduction Accuracy Improvement Press forming, one of the most popular manufacturing methods, is a processing method using a press machine. Kanemitsu has vast experience and has accumulated substantial technological capabilities in this field. As with roll-forming machines, we have been implementing the concept of our proprietary Vice intelligent press machine, based on the idea that "original products should be manufactured by original equipment".
