The market with transactions dependent on the secondary clientelism would be unfree because of over-embeddedness. Using the lime market in Hui Town as a case this paper tries to explore why this kind of markets could a- chieve market order from the perspective of the interconnection of market structure and market culture. Analysis demonstrates that the coupling induction of structural embeddedness and cultural embeddedness is the deeper mechanism for the market development. Although the new business ideology and transactional dependence on networks originate from market structural transitions active construction and choice behaviors of the manufacturers still manifest great importance. Differential Mode in Market A localized illustration of China's grain market structure Xiong Wansheng 31 Abstract After abandoning bureaucratized planned economy China developed a u- nique economic form. Taking the grain market order construction as an example this paper tries to analyze the traits of this new economic form. By extending market field theory author discovers that we can view differential mode as a kind of new field configurations in which economic organizations of differential social status is controlled differently by the central state power. The central state power has managed to control them with differential tactics. As a result the small and weak organizations at periphery are exploited and weakened by the core organizations. This paper suggests that we should strengthen and empower these peripheral organizations. The Formation and Reproduction of Wage Back-Payment Mechanism in Chinese Construction Industry Qi Xin

27 Abstract This article argues that delayed wage payment in the construction industry previously understood as a result of subcontracting relations occurred in the reform era is actually a remnant of the commune point system. As such it recalls collective production practices under socialism and plays a constituent part in the maintenance of the rural-urban divide. Although other features of the construction industry have been significantly transformed in the reform era the wage payment system has been preserved intact. A modern-day anachronism as it is delayed wage payment is preserved in the construction industry due to the rural-urban divide's preservation of the socialist peasant habitus. In the reform era the preservation of delayed wage payment serves the needs of capital and market allows the construction industry fiscal autonomy and moreover represents a hyper-intensified form of subcontracting. Peasants Doing Business and Market Differentiation Liu Chengbin 80 Abstract Most businesses in Yiwu of Zhejiang Province are owned and managed by peasants and peasnts doing business is the key factor in the success of the Yiwu Model. Data shows that the efficiencies of enterprises managed by township government village collective or town-village-cooperative are all lower than that of businesses managed by peasants. The basic reason of this phenomenon is due to the familybased cooperation system of peasants. The fact that the family-based cooperation system in China is a dynamic force for capital development implies the different paths to modernity in the East and the West which therefore responds to Weber's proposition about the possibility of China's modernization development. From this concern this paper firstly tries to put Schutz's phenomenology sociology into the tradition of German social thought in order to understand his own tension as a concrete and real person in modern society.
