Abstract: In Chinese academic circles, there are evident disagreements with the relationship among the conceptions of Property RightsOwnershipReal rightclaim and Proprietary right. In our opinion, Property Rights is the right of property in the Anglo-American Law System, and is not the Proprietary Right in the Civil Law System. If Chinese Economics Circle and Chinese Jurisprudential Circle could reach agreement at this point, the Chinese Property Rights Research and Reform of Chinese Company would be benefited.
