94 6 97 6 Hizen Ware Found in Ma-gung Harbor, Pescadores (Peng-hu Archipelago) and Kinmen Lu, Tai-kang Takenori Nogami Abstract This paper mainly discusses Japanese Hizen wares found in Ma-gung Habor, Pescadores (Peng-hu archipelago) and Kinmen. These wares could be dated back to the second half of the 17 th century and related to the multilateral trade of Ming-Cheng regime which resist the invasion of Manchurian. Moreover, according to the historical records, the authors could assert that the Cheng's family trade groups engaged in ceramic transit trade around coast of mainland China especially in Peng-hu, Amoy and Kinmen. Finally, The authors integrate the Hizen wares found in Taiwan strait and surrounding areas with historical documents into a chronology of five phases (from middle of the 17 th century to middle of the 18 th century), and consider the changes of the trade routes of Japanese Hizen wares.
