With the promotion of the economic system reform of China, enterprise group that set up on the basis of the modern enterprise system become the mainstay of the market-oriented economic construction progressively. How to strengthen the financial management of the group, and to promote the enterprise group to obtain the greatest economic benefits, is a new subject for enterprise leader and financial worker under the new economic situation. However, there are some current situations that are not in accordance with the financial management objectives of a large number of enterprise groups in China at present. Therefore, it s so important and necessary to discuss the problems that strengthening centralized financial management of the enterprise group, making the information sharing inside the group adequately and in order to improve group's whole interests and competitive power in nowadays situation of China. This paper is trying to describe the related problems from the aspect of the necessary of centralized financial management, the thought of the practical operation details as well as the feasibility conditions, the preparation of the centralized financial management. 2
