There have been 9 times of outbreak about EBHF and some limited epidemic or sporadic cases from 1976 to now. The first time were happened in Former Zaire and Sudan. From February this year EBHF broke out and spread from Guinea to Liberia SierraLeone and Nigeria. By August 13 2014 there have been 2 127 cases 1 145 died in West Africa. Nowadays many people focus on EBHF in the world because further development of the epidemic situation. In this paper the related research progress of EBHF and Ebola virus EBOV were reviewed. The binding of anti-sperm antibody to sperm surface antigen may affect some biological processes such as the formation of fertilized egg and embryo implantation and thus result in immunological infertility. In recent years sperm surface antigen and its epitopes combining with anti-sperm antibody related to immunoinfertility have become one of the major research objects in the research of anti-sperm antibody detection and contraceptive vaccines preparation. In this paper we review briefly the screening and identification of sperm surface antigen as well as its epitopes related to immunoinfertility and the challenges that the research faces.
