In this studythe agricultural competitiveness of 885 villages and towns in Zhejiang Province is evaluated by using the evaluation modelcomprehensive evaluation method and ESDA spatial analysisand the spatial distribution pattern and characteristics of five elements of rural competitiveness are analyzed as well. The development direction of village and township units in Zhejiang Province is divided into four categoriesnamely integrated agricultural economic townspecialized agricultural technical townlarge-scale agricultural production base town and other townsand corresponding development strategy suggestions are put forward to provide scientific basis for the classified guidance and healthy development of village and township agriculture in the future.
