Research Center of Rural Economics and Management Southwest University Chongqing China Abstract Based on statistical data of 31 provinces using statistical methods of Spatial Dubin Model with time-period specific effects SDM we analyzed the spillover effect of the relationship between human capital investment and rural residents' income. The results show that the human capital and rural residents' incomes have a strong spillover effects the impact of human capital investment on rural residents' income mainly from the spillover effect of human capital investment spillover effects account for % of the total effect.
