R&D Center for Knowledge Engineering Beijing Normal University Beijing 100875 China Abstract When designing mobile learning only from the perspective of instruction and technology learners will still experience difficulties and challenges. Design for service is the key to create smooth mobile learning experiences. In this paper the authors first define the concept and characters of mobile learning then elaborate on the factors and design principles for mobile learning service. Finally mobile learning integration solutions based on the concept of service package are proposed. Key words mobile learning service service package service design 20
