Summary of land grant (b) Upon reasonable notice being given, the Grantee shall allow workmen or other duly authorized personnel with or without tools, equipment, machinery or maintenance vehicles a free and unrestricted access to the lot at all times for the inspection, maintenance and repair of the highway structures. (c) No building works or any other works within the lot shall interfere with or damage the foundations of the Tsuen Wan Highways, no lighting, poster, commercial display, plant, connections, abutments, supporting structures or any other ancillary facilities and utilities.
